The people here are so friendly and they will even pay for your Lyft home while you wait. Make sure to Google coupons because then you can save $20. Sage is really nice and so is the new guy. 10/10 location.

Awesome customer service and affordable pricing. The Technician takes the time to walk your entire car and go over in detail every aspect of your suspension and brake systems. There was no pressure to make the repairs either. Highly recommended.

I did not have an appointment, but the attendant was very kind and curtious. Very helpful about wait time, beverages if I wanted them, and explained all services available. Not just brakes but alot of other mechanical services. I was very satisfied with their service and will use them again.

I went to Brakes Plus today (not first choice) for an oil change and a state inspection. The guy tells me it would be about 20 minutes. We left the truck with them, walked to a restaurant next door for a quick meal, then a store after the meal. When we got back, 1 1/2 hour later, the truck wasn’t finished. The employee comes out and tells me everything was good, but they had checked my brakes and noticed they may need to be replaced soon, they might need to turn the rotors…I asked…why are you looking at replacing my brakes when I’m there for an oil change and inspection….”we’re a brake place, it’s what we do” I told him I wasn’t interested and when it’s time, I’d do it myself. So we wait a little longer as he helps another customer. Another employee brings my truck around and when I asked, he told me it didn’t pass inspection because my windshield wipers were split, I mentioned that I had a band new pair setting in the passenger seat to replace them. So…you had time to check my brakes for possibly a big upcharge but can’t change out the blades that were literally right in front of you, or at least call me and ask if I want to purchase some new ones. I changed out the blades and he said they’d “run it through again”….they never moved my truck and after about 20 more minutes with no info, I went into the back and told them to forget about it I’d do it elsewhere, they said they were about done. FINALLY finished. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE BUSINESS FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS.

Went in for a brake inspection be cause I heard some noise. I got way yyyy more than I could ever hope for. The tech was extremely thorough and Ashley was super amazing! She gave me a great deal on repairs and they were done quickly. Won't be taking my car anywhere else. They do everything and are trustworthy. I've gone to another Brakes Plus in the past and had excellent service there. I wasn't sure if my experience would be the same at another location but 10s across the board. Thanks!
