Bring my car in for a front end alignment and to just have the breaks routine inspection. Got my vehicle back hit the gas the wheel turns and it swerve side to side unsafe to drive, never did that before I brought the vehicle in. Replaced the one item the recommended my cv axel and now the vehicle is almost undrivable. Brought it back to this establishment now they are saying it's the control arms. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle prior to bringing it into this establishment but now its a snowball effect of problems. If you are a potential customer please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

I had an appointment at 10am for an alignment, dropped the car off at 9:50. I was told it could be about 2-3 hours to complete so i decided to get a ride home while i wait. I called at 1:20pm to see how much longer it would be and they said they just barely put my car on the lift and it will assigned to the next available tech. She said estimated time to be done was 5pm... Edit: finally got a call at 3:45pm saying my car was done. My alignment took 6 hours?? Saving a few bucks coming to you guys was not worth being without a vehicle for the ENTIRE day.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Cannot thank Michael and the team enough for the above any beyond service. We bring several gas cars in for routine flushing, maintenance, and of course brakes when needed, at a fantastic price compared to the dealer. We brought in a Tesla today, hearing noise we thought were related to the struts/suspension. Tesla would not sell parts directly to Brakes Plus, but that did not stop the team from doing work in the background to help us find answers. Thank you! Even the diagnostics were complementary. Highly recommend!

I only bring my cars to this Brakes Plus for all my automotive needs. The staff is the best and the work they do is quality. They have done everything from simple oil changes to major repairs for me. If you need an honest mechanic this is where you should go! Both Michaels that work there are amazing guys, super friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in to Brakes Plus today for sqeaky front brakes. The Mgrs technician did a front and back break inspection (free!). Found sqeak problem and pointed out some other rear issues to consider. At the end of the day service was great and the price was right. It is my second time coming here and I recommend it.

My breaks started making noise, so I decided to go here for the free break check. FREE key word, remember that. OK, so for a start, I got there at 9am for my appointment and they got me right back, it was taking a long time and I figured that might be something serious about my breaks and it ended up being serious. They told me I needed to replace all these things, and they processed to tell me it's going to be over $1600.00 dollars. I'm like, oh no way, I'll take it to my shop from the dealer. They didn't like that answer. They wanted me to get everything done there, that they said I couldn't drive my car it's too dangerous and the mechanic wouldn't put my car together so I could drive it to the other shop, so I had to have it towed. I finally got out of there around noon. The shop I decided to take it to instead of breaks plus said I didn't need all that work done and the work I did need cost $600.00 dollars. I'm so glad i decided to go elsewhere. Fine line, Breaks Plus is a rip-off. A FREE break inspection isn't really free because they literally held my car hostage. Do not go here! Oh, and I never asked them to check my oil or anything, and they did and tried to get me to get an oil change. Umm, no thanks, I came for my breaks.
