Wonderful customer service and they didn't try to push anything on me. The work didn't take long and making an appointment online is so simple too. I will be coming here forever. Update from a visit today: Kristi is an utter delight and made sure to make me feel comfortable and with me in the waiting area talking about anything and everything. I'm a naturally nervous/anxious person with disabilities and she was so comforting and helpful. She's an amazing employee and I truly hope she gets the credit and pay that she deserves. Best customer service I've honestly ever had, and that's been my business for 17 years. Thank you everyone at Brakes Plus!!

I can’t say enough about this location! I have been to a few around town, And this one is definitely the best! I wanted to specifically give a shout out to Shawn F! I took my vehicle in to Shawn and I had some pretty significant damage and issues that needed to be addressed. Shawn helped me come up with ways that were more cost-effective to fix my vehicle rather than charge me for the most expensive option. I really appreciate Shawns attention to my specific needs and his willingness to help me out. Thanks a lot Shawn for the excellent service and peace of mind! 11/10 recommend 🤟🏻

Excellent experience and I'll for sure be back for future service needs. The team at this location were exceptional. Jeff, Christi, Jeremy, Rod and all the technicians went above and beyond what I've experienced at service centers and even my own dealership. They were transparent, knowledgeable, professional and take pride in what they do. They identified a major issue my dealership missed or didn't even look for (had my truck in the day prior for oil change and tire rotation with the "multi-point inspection"). While I wasn't prepared for the cost, they did a great job breaking down the necessities/essentials to help narrow the expenses. I can't say that about any dealership I've worked with. I say they went above and beyond because they were able to find quality replacement parts on short notice (normally would've had to order and wait). One of the technicians, Rod, went out to a vendor with my old shock to ensure it would be compatible with the replacement they were wanting. Again, something I found to be above and beyond what most would do. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this location to anyone!

Y’all are amazing! Everytime I’ve come in, it’s the quickness, as well as the complete honesty that impresses me so much. So much better than the dealerships I’ve gone to in the past. Keep it up because the way you treat customers amazingly is what keeps me coming back!

The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) did a wonderful job assisting me over the phone and in person throughout the whole process. And I thought it was really near that Brakes Plus now has a service free of charge where they'll order a Lyft for the customers that need to leave their vehicle.
