They are very good about getting the customers cars in and making sure they take their time and not rushing. They are very respectful and fast. And Jordan H is very good about making sure his staff is there and making sure to get cars in and out on on time. He busts his butt off he is very good

Went in for an oil change. Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and informative. My technician Miguel was very fast and efficient. Would come here again and recommend to friends.

WORST EXPERIENCE! 2 weeks after getting a "premium complete rear break service" which was extra on top of the cost of rotors and breaks, I discovered my parking breaks did not work. (My trucks parking breaks would need adjusted to new rotors). I was told to bring it in and they would take a look. I was then quoted a price for parts AND labor for new parking breaks. I then spoke with a manager as one would assume this is covered in a COMPLETE rear break service that was already paid for. Well, it should be relabeled as partial break service as 3 hours later and not hearing back from the manager I called and he informed me that his regional manager said all he could do to make it right was cover the labor. I asked how much just the parts would be and it was more than what they originally quoted me to begin with!! The only "good" thing about this was I later discovered the break job they did do, had hardware incorrectly installed. Which would have created issues down the road! I would not trust them!!!!

Made a last minute appointment to have oil changed and coolant flushed. They got me in within a couple hours. They were also able to show me a couple of other issues that need to be taken care of. I’ve been here a bunch with a handful of my family’s vehicles, and I’ll keep coming back. Good team here.

They like to lie about rotors to customers. Telling them cheaper ones are more expensive then expensive ones. I have come here a few times for different things. But this was my last. They lost my business. Be careful and fact check what they tell you.

It's not often you find a franchise shop that takes the care and quality of a locally owned business. But this one does excellent work. Appropriate rates and quality is top knotch I was in a bind with an issue on my truck and needed to get out of town and the service manager there Erich Steinhahen. Got me going again very quickly

Was out west and needed an oil change. Got worked in without an appointment. Love the honesty of this business. Was visiting with another customer waiting and she said she had went to another place prior to coming here. She then came here and stated that it seemed like the other company was trying to rip her off. An employee came out and she told them the same thing and thanked them for their honesty. We were saying how we like this location and due to honesty this is where we will take our business.

11/2/24 I tried adding another review and it wouldn’t let me so I’m adding to this one. I stopped in and spoke to Eric and Shawn in regards to my 2008 Nissan Sentra needing to have an alignment done. They were kind enough to take me in last minute to inspect my care a little after 4PM. They were very thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain to me what needed to be repaired and their recommendations. They also took the time to work on pricing which was fair and transparent. If you are in need of service for your vehicle, I highly recommend this BRAKES PLUS location for your vehicle needs.
