The manager Amanda should be ashamed of herself for telling a bold faced lie. I’m very non-confrontational, but I tried to talk this through with them to no avail. I called her to discuss the service provided at another store and explain I can’t keep throwing money at an issue that is yet to be resolved and the previous location now wants me to pay a diag fee after two visits and a battery replacement, advising me that’s why my check engine was on as well as why I was having electrical issues, yet the light is still on and I’m still having electrical/heating/cooling issues. Amanda told me this is unacceptable and she will waive the fee, so we schedule for her soonest availability Monday at 1pm, I get there and tell them that Amanda waived the fee, she comes up, okays it and says it will be a while the guy who does diag left for an emergency, but will be back, my car doesn’t get taken back until 2:30, and they run the code (which I never needed, I already know the code) and bring it back out after 5-10 mins and tell me the diag guy is still gone and it’s going to be $99 if I want to come in a different day and they tell me that we basically never had this conversation. And ends the conversation by saying “I don’t know what you want me to do” Well, I’d like you to honor your word. If you didn’t assure me over the phone that it would not have been the same situation as the last location I obviously never would have wasted my time. What kind of nonsense is that. Especially not for a code read I could have and have had done anywhere else. I have now wasted my time at two locations because she apparently was promising concessions she cannot make after confirming with her multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Brakes Plus on Dodge St in Omaha was amazing! My tire and rod was badly damaged and I couldn’t drive it. The manager and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I will trust them with all of my car repairs. Thank you so much team!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Find somewhere else! Inept at diagnostics. Took my Jeep in for warrantee work on the repaired axle seal just completed the month before in Denver. Day 1: Brakes Plus reset the codes and said it was fixed = no. They must not have test drove it because as soon as I drove off the traction control light flickered on & off and was trying to apply the front brakes, which almost made me crash. Took it back the next day as was asked to do. Day 2: Received a late afternoon call indicating they fixed the power steering but did nothing on the primary issue of failing traction control system. They said their "guy" was not in until the next day. Why the hell did they tell me to bring it???? Day 3: Decided I could not waste, nor risk wasting, another 3 days as I was only passing through town, and they already cause 2 days delay. I cannot afford to waste more days with them making it worse. I'll take it to a professional who can actually fix the problem, not blow smoke up my ass.

Will did an awesome job in making me feel safe in my vehicle after I heard my brakes squeaking. He also went above and beyond with filled the washer fluid, tire pressure, and checked the suspension. Great job! Would recommend this store to anyone!!

Will Otero is the man. I drove over a huge rock and went in for an alignment after, Will and his staff went the extra mile helping me figure out what was bent so I could replace it before they were finally able to align my truck. Would highly recommend them, and I will definitely take other vehicles there in the future.

DAN!!! Was amazing everything went perfect . Also I went for a wheel alignment once I picked up my car noticed that my hood was still open closed didnt think anything was wrong got to my destination noticed that it was open again tried to pop my hood from inside of my car to close it correctly and noticed that my hood latch was broken went back up to brakes plus waited a hour was told they had to order the part so they can fix it free of charge I’ve been calling to see if the part has arrived to get it fixed almost 4weeks later and still nothing , I can’t get a oil change or anything done under my hood cause I can’t open it

I’ve trusted this shop with all my car work, and they never disappoint. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly go the extra mile. Recently, they even took the time to show me an issue with one of my shocks in the shop. Great people, running an honest business.

Bs service they tried to charge me full price for wheel alignment when only 3/4s of the job was done! Then 500 dollars for service I didn’t want and made we wait 2 1/2 hours! Terrible

Purchaser Beware Came in today to get what they would call a premium oil change. I will say I am a frequent customer of Brakes Plus, first and last time at this location. I return to my car, I typically keep napkins in my glove box and upon initial return to my car notice them all thrown on the ground and glove box in complete disarray. Considering they checked my Cabin air filter, I understand why it was opened, what I don’t understand is why everything was left scattered on the ground. Zero attempt to pick it up. As well as my entire infotainment system left in factory reset. All of this maybe you think, minor ? Consider this is what has been left for you to see, think what don’t you see ? I’m sure I’ll come across more, I’m posting this in the parking lot after talking with the lady at the front desk. This is a company you are supposed to trust with your vehicle. They obviously don’t care about you. Much less why would they care about your vehicle. Extremely disappointing, I will not be returning.

These guys are the best! They got the job done and got me back on the road safe sound. Great team, great job, great service! 10/3/24-Once again, this place is the best! I recently purchased a car for my son. I brought it in to get checked without an appointment. These wonderful people checked it out, were completely honest with me, and provided THE BEST customer service anyone could hope for! I cannot say enough good things about this Brakes Plus.
