I went in to get my brakes checked and once they determined what needed to be fixed, they were able to get me in right away. Everyone was super friendly and I appreciate how quickly they were able to fix my brakes! My car feels so smooth now!

Amazing staff. Great work and incredibly honest. I approved them to do an alignment if my truck needed it. They checked it and it was all good. They could have easily just charged me but thank God for these honest men!

Brian Best went over and Beyond to find out where my antifreeze was leaking. He kept me in the loop and would tell and show me what he was doing with a great attitude!!! Tommy was also very helpful and pleasant!!! The first place I took my car to gave up on it after an hour and a half.

Great and honest service! Tommy and Tyler both were very helpful with everything. My wife’s car broke down nearby and they took the time to diagnose and explain everything to my wife. They were incredibly nice and the price of service was fair!

Tommy, the manager, along with another gentleman at the counter, were not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done with my car. I have been to several brakes plus across Omaha, the one on 72nd, 84th, and two locations in council bluffs. I have to say the best experience, by far, has been at this location. They were prompt in diagnosing the brakes issue I was having and gave me an incredible deal. Tommy, the general manager, was the only person to sit down and talk to me face-to-face and discussed many options with me. He is very personable and also looked up great deals for me! Their oil changes are currently 50% off, as they are a new location which was a great surprise! I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for maintenance! All of the staff are very friendly and so helpful! Will be going here for all of my oil changes and maintenance needs!!

I was even taken back to the shop, where they showed me specific details about my car and the services being performed. The service was quick and efficient, and my car feels better than ever. I truly appreciated their honesty and outstanding customer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for reliable and professional car care!

Went in and got my oil change and tires rotated. They do an extraordinary job inspecting the vehicle and making sure there is nothing else wrong with the vehicle. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable as well!
