After going to any breaks plus anywhere I travel for a reason I finally realized this month exactly what draws me to them. I came in for a simple change the oil look at my fluids make sure I'm road safe for a long road trip. Road trip got a little bit pushed off and in that time I found a dangerous crack in my tire right before closing time as I awake and a half later I came in and in my panic said I had to have it done immediately because of course I was leaving immediately so with further ado this week general manager here decided to no matter what make it happen and he did dated I love the staff they're always happy whether they're outside at the cars or inside dealing with the guests. All the blessings in life I really appreciate any blessing that comes my way through my car my safety net. Thanks guys we're going above and beyond in it world where mediocracy has become okay 💯

Brandon & Riley have done a great job on assisting me with my vehicle, even when i had a few extra things i needed looked at, they got me in right away, treated me with respect, and cared to help satisfy my needs with my vehicle. i appreciate there time and patience.

Bait and switch for oil change. Coupon states as low as $25-$70. We called the store and they quoted us $45. We arrive, oil change is done and at the desk we are rold it's $90. Confused we explain about the coupon and the call. He couldn't explain why they quoted $45 over the phone. He did end up applying the coupon (at our insistence) and charged us $75. Buyer beware - not an honest or trustworthy company/location.

Brakes plus were very attentive! I had to get my oil plug changed out and instead of being an extra 51.00 dollars they deducted 20.00 off of the total along with having to pay for a new oil change!

Came in for a wheel alignment, told me it would be an hour , I was in & out in 30 minutes tops! Friendly services & excellent service will definitely come back & recommend.

DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT !!!!!!COME HERE!!! On Thursday 10/17/24 I made an appointment for 1:00pm at Brakes Plus 90th. They told me that my rear brakes needed to be serviced. I paid $189.05 for them to fix my rear brakes and 5 hours later it was still rushly done. Two days later, the car started making loud screeching noises, so I immediately called the shop and told them of my concerns. I made an appointment for 8 am 10/24/2024. The morning of, the car was making horrible noise and undrivable to make it in the 2 miles it takes to get to the shop. I made the safest decision to go to the nearest auto shop that's 1/2 mile away Midas. When they looked at the car they told me the drum kit was completely broken off due to the previous mechanic not putting it in right. I ask them if the car was safe to drive back to original shop so they could fix it and they told me "absolutely not" there's no friction. I had to pay an additional 150.00 for the replacement part at the other shop. I then made sure to call Brakes Plus and let them know my car was damaged because of their negligence and I left my name and number after explaining the situation. I asked for a refund they told me Dave the manager would get back to me, he never did. I then went up to Brakes Plus 10/25/24 to show them invoice, broken part, and had a detailed conversation with the other shops mechanic. Brakes Plus manager was unremorseful, rude, and told me couldn't help me. That their was no proof that the car needed to be fixed by negligence on their end. When I have verbal, physical, and financial proof in his face. He then gave me the corporate phone number. So I will update soon. I also contacted the BBB. The fact that this is a Brakes shop that can't fix brakes is sad and someone WILL get hurt one-day if they don't clean this up!! UPDATE: A few weeks later, I talked to the new manager named Riley. We were able to settle this matter and I was refunded for the mistake. To my best knowledge, the old manager and the mechanic that did my car was let go. I'm glad that they actually took action and it seems like they made some corrective changes. I still would not go back here but if anyone does just be careful.

Experienced an unfortunate misunderstanding however Manager Riley was understanding and able to resolve the issue which was greatly appreciated especially it being the holidays and finances being tight.

I brought my vehicle in to see if they could diagnose my brake problem and find out what was causing extra play in my brake pedal and causing a lack of pressure in my brakes. I was initially told after the inspection, they would need to replace my brake master cylinder and bleed the brakes. I told them I already did that before bringing it in, but they insisted it was the next step. Once they finished the job, the brake pressure was still the same with a squishy and spongy feeling when applying the brake pedal. They now claim the problem is because of the rotors, and I don't understand why they didn't communicate it was the rotors being the problem after they did their inspection, instead of replacing the brake master cylinder and bleeding the brakes again. Not to mention that only two months ago they told me I needed brake pads (which I replaced myself) and never mentioned the fact that I'd need new rotors or that they were bad. Bad diagnosis causing me $509 which didn't solve my problem, and I would recommend staying away from this location.
