If I could minus a star I would . I do NOT recommend! I made an appt a few days ago. I was told it would take 30 min tops, which is perfect because I wanted to go on my hour lunch brake I came to said appt. I was 3 min late due to traffic and the lady said no worries and checked me in. 40 mins go by. I find a worker and ask if my truck was almost done and the man told me they just put it in the air. I explained to him I don't have an extra 30 mins to wait and that I needed my truck. He then assured me he was going to be helping and it wouldn't take that long. Almost 45 min later my truck is done and the lady was very unprofessional. Told me in a sarcastic tone that she was sorry they had people come in before me blah blah . I asked what the point of an appt is if it's first come first serve?...... She couldn't answer the question... Not only was the service poor . They charged an extra $20 for service fees ECT! I was livid. The lady then made a ride comment to me as I was leaving . I will be reporting them to the BBB!

Once again a great experience! Service writer Ryan was friendly and professional from start to finish. My 2016 Ram 1500 needed front brakes and rotors, they got me right in, and by far the best price!!

I JUST GOT MY JEEP PATRIOT BACK FROM BRAKES PLUS AT THE OAKVIEW LOCATION. THE WORK THEY DID WAS AMAZING AND IT DRIVES LIKE A NEW CAR. IT NEEDED MANY ITEMS AND THERE PRICING WAS GREAT AS I HAD COMPARED TO OTHER AUTOMOTIVE SHOPS AND THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND GOT IT DONE IN ONE DAY. I WILL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR SURE!

I used to come here all the time and they were always honest and even gave me a deal a few times. I spoke with Christine(maybe Kristy), she is nice enough, but from my experience I’d say the business is overall unethical. I came in for electrical issues and a check engine light. The check engine light was cleared, I was told they do not know what is wrong, but recommended a coolant flush. I came in for the same thing a few weeks later, they replace my battery, a day later I’m having the exact same issues. Unfortunately, they would not budge or help me in anyway other than giving them a $100 on top of my other unnecessary services for a diagnostic service that was never offered from the beginning both times I came in. I wouldn’t mind if they were able to work with me, but my issue still has not been resolved after my third visit and like most anyone I did not feel comfortable giving them more money at this rate. As I said, kind delivery, definitely not rude people, but I do not feel my situation was handled appropriately when I really trusted them with my car TWICE. Extremely disappointed.

Brought our 16 yr old Rav because maintenance req light was on. Ryan was very helpful and after the technician did an oil change the light went off. They also checked other concerns.

Front brakes whistling. Went to one place they said needed to replace everything on the front. Over $500. Brakes plus said they were good. Just needed flushing. $86. Brakes working great. No noise. Kristi was kind, respectful, honest.

Lied about doing my oil change. Look at this filter! This is POST "oil change"! And when you check the oil it's black and dirty. Obviously NOT changed, they just topped it off so the light on my dash would turn off. And this is AFTER they quoted me $1300 to replace calipers, pistons, rotors, and brakes. My dad felt this was ridiculous, checked himself, and did the actually needed repair (NOT replacing calipers and pistons) for under $200. It's when he did the repair that he realized the oil hadn't been changed like I PAID for. I will be calling for a refund when they open Monday. Gross mechanic thought they could scam a young woman 👎
