Very poor service. Had to go to an Certified mechanic to fix the mistakes Brakes Plus made which caused additional issues that cost me $300 more which they denied was due to their work. DONT EVER GO TO BRAKES PLUS!!.

Brakes Plus handle my auto repair with the best customer care service and had me backup in now time. I dropped my car off late before closing time and they still took the time to get all my info and concerns out of the way. My car was repaired the next day, and I was back on the road. They answered all my questions.

Almost 2 hours to replace a stud in 1 tire and broke another one. Never consulted me when it took 30 minutes to inspect under the hood of the car. I discovered they didn't even have the part needed. At a $149.00 for 2 studs replaced and a air filter I feel ripped off. Never go there again.

EDIT: As suggested in the reply, I sent an email to customer service 6 months ago and they still have not responded. Friendly staff and they changed my oil for a good price, but they tried to bait and switch with the oil change deal. They handed me a piece of paper with a long list of minor changes. (Spark plugs, air filter, recharge AC) and then pointed at one and said they wouldnt charge for labor. The first page had a total of about 200 and they asked me to sign. I declined after much insisting. Turns out only the labor for the one process would have been free and on the next page that was hidden they would have charged me 800-1000$ if I had signed. Additionally when I left my car was making a terrible noise and shaking. I popped my hood and looked and they had left my intake hose completely disconnected. I will let you speculate as to whether this was intentional or negligance but I have a hard time believing that a car mechanic drove it back to the parking spot without noticing the noise and the shaking. If left unchecked this would have caused significant damage to my car. Save your time and money and go to a different shop.

If you want your car to come out more screwed up than going in, take it to this place. Paid almost 1k for them to make our car worse and ended up going to dealership to fix their mistake. Manager said he test drove it and the car is chirping every rime the brakes used. Avoid at all costs. Total rip off. The email they respond to links just goes back to the business and is not an escalation line. So, you get dunked by this corp either way.

I bought a used truck and thought id get a wheel alignment done. I was informed the truck was in good shape and didnt charge me a dime. Its nice to see there are honest mechanics still around. If i need service in the future, ill be back

A parts supplier down the street told us we needed a new battery, we wanted a second opinion and we took it to Brakes Plus. They actually ran a diagnostic test and found out we in fact didn't. It was a power outlet that was on in our Tahoe. They could have charged us $300+ for the battery and install but it turns out it was a simple self fix. We will go their when we are in actual need of their services. Great team, I want to thank Mike for helping us out!!

I started going here about 2 years ago after we were closer to Brakes Plus than Jensen tire. I had been somewhat happy with Jensen but thought I'd give these guy a try. I've not been back to Jensen and have very pleased with Brakes Plus. I think both companies are good shops but I find Brakes Plus more competitive and a very nice crew to work with.
