I started going here about 2 years ago after we were closer to Brakes Plus than Jensen tire. I had been somewhat happy with Jensen but thought I'd give these guy a try. I've not been back to Jensen and have very pleased with Brakes Plus. I think both companies are good shops but I find Brakes Plus more competitive and a very nice crew to work with.

A parts supplier down the street told us we needed a new battery, we wanted a second opinion and we took it to Brakes Plus. They actually ran a diagnostic test and found out we in fact didn't. It was a power outlet that was on in our Tahoe. They could have charged us $300+ for the battery and install but it turns out it was a simple self fix. We will go their when we are in actual need of their services. Great team, I want to thank Mike for helping us out!!

Stopped in for an alignment and they worked me in right away while I waited for the vehicle. Staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout them having my vehicle.

Great service. We stopped on a Saturday without an appointment with a burned-out headlight. They were able to help us right away and were very friendly through the process. I would recommend this shop, and we plan to go back again as the need arises!

I was having serious issues with my Yukon today and I spoke with Adam on the phone. He told me to bring my vehicle in and they would be able to look at it right away. When I arrived, Brenden greeted me as I walked in and within 5 minutes they had my car in the shop and looked at it. 5 stars!!!

Been hoping to get new tires, went to four different locations to see if that would be possible with a locked lug nut!! Was a fail at each place!! Brakes Plus did it for me!! Five stars is nut enough for the team at this Brakes Plus, they got the job done!! Awesome guys with the whatever it takes attitudes!!! I won't forget this place and the guys were badass n fabulous!!! 100 stars!!

Haven’t had issues in the past, but scheduled a 9 am Oil Change. I arrived at 9 am, stood in the lobby at the counter for 10 minutes, multiple people walked by but no one helped me. I ended up writing a note and left my keys with my contact information. I checked back in at 10:10, and my vehicle had not even been looked at. I am not sure what happened. I was not given an explanation. Picked up my keys and drove it across the street to a different shop. Unfortunately, I will not be back to Brakes Plus. It was that bad (and confusing) of an experience.

I walked in the store with a car problem. Adam quickly diagnosed the situation and offered a solution. Within 40 minutes the needed part arrived and was installed. Adam was very kind and went out of his way to help.

I was originally disappointed in the wrong work that was done to my vehicle. Yet recently the new branch manager Brannon reached out to me and made the correct repairs that were needed in the first place and no addition cost to me. I give three stars because of the initial experience, but I give "5 Stars" to Brannon for stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing. And thanks to store owner Joe who reached out to me as well and offering me a free oil change in hopes of my return business.

If I could give zero stars, I would! It was the most unprofessional and inefficient oil change. For 1- they ‘test drove’ my car prior to the oil change, without mentioning it to me. For 2- They STALLED my car (manual) attempting to get it on the lift. For 3- the team members spent majority of their time on their phones and gigglying while all of the bays were full with cars, unattended to. For 4- They did not tell me when my car was ready until I asked. For 5- They quoted me thousands of dollars to replace 2 gaskets, which is outrageous. I have not dealt with such poor customer service skills/workmanship/professionalism on my car as I did with this store. The whole experience was negative. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Adam was incredibly helpful today. I bought a battery for my car at Walmart, Which they seemed very uninterested in doing for me. I bought it thinking I will be able to figure it out myself. So despite the fact that I didn’t even buy the battery at their store, they put it in for me for free and Adam completely dropped what he was doing to do that for me. Adam for President Excellence in customer service. I will now come back for my other car needs!
