I came to Brakes Plus for some squeezing sound I thought was my brake indicator telling me I need new brakes. They took a look and said my brakes look brand new. They could have simply told me I needed new brakes and sold them to me but they were very honest and told me that just some of my hard wear was rubbing. They fixed it and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend Brakes Plus on Happy Valley and I’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience yesterday. I had a minor fix with my car and the man that helped me was fast and efficient. He made it so easy and I sat in their room for no more than 15 minutes. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming when a costumer came in. I will be back!!!

I am a sole proprietor limousine service. I frequently need service for my Suburban. Angel, the manager, did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and the time frame involved. The time was right, the price was great and I give them the highest recommendation.

Went for alignment after purchasing new tires elsewhere. Free alignment check prior to servicing. Honest results. No alignment needed.

Angel and his team are the best! I have been a customer for 8 years following him from his last location. He is honest, explains the options in detail and cares for each customer and fosters that same mentality with his team. I travel down from the mountains and also across the valley for them to work on my car. Fully recommend.

HMMMM. Not sure where to begin. Wife made me an appointment @ Brakes Plus for new brakes. Appointment was for 2PM. Showed up at 1:50 dropped my truck off. They informed me it would take about 4 hours. Thought it was a little long but whatever. Told them I needed my truck for work. Wife picked me up went home. At 4:15 received a call that they were Not going to get to my 2PM brake job today and could I leave it overnite. My answer was NO I will come and pick it up now. When I arrived @ Brakes Plus. Kevin was behind the counter. He asked how he could help me? I told that I had received a call informing me that they were Not going to be able to accommodate me with the brakes. He said Yeah we've had a Horrible day. I asked him why do you make appointments if you Cannot Keep them? His response was and I quote. "If were up to me there wouldn't be any appointments. You would just drop off your vehicle and we will get to it when we can." Unbelievable!! My response was: Well it's not up to you or I. So, why didn't you tell me when I dropped it off. You wait over 2 Hours and then Call ME! Ridiculous!!!!!!!! He proceeded to tell me how bad the day was for the store. Somebody walked off. Somebody called in sick. I let him know that I get it. Things happen, but you DO NOT convey your problems onto the customer. It was Very Frustrating and Kevin Needs ALOT of work on his Customer Service. Needless to say: Will Not Be Returning or Referring Brake Plus on Happy Valley Rd. to anyone.

Angel, Kevin and their team do an amazing job. Even though short handed. They were able to get my vehicle back to me in perfect working condition in no time at all. Hats off to them and all the hard work they do. Highly recommended!!

Been coming here for a couple of years. Always have been great with service, super quick, and have no problem showing you what they’re seeing. This last visit, I came for a grinding/squealing from what sounded like my brakes. Angel did the free inspection and gave me a rundown and what he suggested. We’ve never gotten turned away for any servicing, even short notice, same day oil changes. Highly recommend this location.

I came in today expecting to pay close to 4 or 5 hundred to get my AC looked at and fixed and it only cost me just over 200 with the work and service performed on my vehicle. Really grateful for the honesty and transparency about the work needed to remedy the problem I was having!!

I've used them twice now. Once for an alignment. Job was done great in a lifted Sequoia. Then, I had an emergency as my brake line was damaged and I was going to be leaving town the next day. Kevin took time to call around to find the part. Way above expectations here! Then he found two and ordered both just to be sure and they were delivered overnight from California. I have to say that I am very impressed! The work is being done as I type, but I felt it was important to make a statement that my experiences have been amazing. Again, Kevin and Beau (front desk) have both been amazing to work with for both of my visits. Won't be the last.

What a great group of guys, honest fair and professional. Angel was my first point of contact. he assured me they could handle the job, and he kept his word.
