Definitely recommend coming here, Tony was very thorough. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Very straightforward, doesn’t sugar coat and will work with you. Was my first time using brakes plus, now will definitely use them again for my other cars. 100/10 !

Tony Lundberg is absolutely amazing and continuously strives for excellent customer service. He goes that "extra mile" for EVERYONE who walks through the door! I came in a week ago with an antifreeze issue, on my way to work, and Tony got right on it and I was on my way out in 5 minutes. Super impressive! November 9, 2024, I came in for an oil change and my vehicle was very quickly in and out which included inspecting my vehicle to ensure all is working great! This Brakes Plus location truly cares about their customers, extremely efficient and courteous to their customers, and takes care of them immediately. Let's not forget they NEVER try to add additional services that are not necessary (over sell) and the prices are always very reasonable. They do, however; let you know if your vehicle "truly" needs additional service and will take care of it right away! The entire staff I worked with today was great!

Fantastic service. I also really like how they speak to customers, just really great communication from the people who work there. Tony the manager is incredible with people. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a repair place. They’re very up front about the price, what they would be fixing, and how that would help the vehicle and they don’t bother with unnecessary repairs that I find other car places try to charge you. They’re also really good at getting to the source of the vehicle’s problem and fixing it. I find their goal is to make sure your car is running and safe and they’ve been great at accomplishing that. Highly recommend.

Fraud be aware!!! Went for a brake change and they damaged my CV axils.. got it fixed from then and paid 1.2k for cv axil and sway bars replacement.. they did not put the screw properly and damaged my suspension.. they always say you drive old car and it happens.. they don’t admit the mistake I have escalated to the brake plus corporate and waiting for there response.. Don’t think changing brakes here is cheap, you will have to go back and pay for more damages they intentionally make.. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE..

I had an excellent experience at Brakes Plus. They didn't beat around the bush when explaining what was needed to be done. They also gave great advice about any future problems I may have. I usually go elsewhere for regular maintenance like oil changes, but after this experience, I will be coming here for anything my car may need!

I was told at firestone that I needed 4k worth of repairs on my car. I went to brakes plus to shop around on quotes & they were able to cut that quote in half. Tony was super helpful & knowledgeable. It was so nice to go into a mechanic as a young female & not get robbed lol overall, great work, pricing & honest, truthful staff. Definitely will be returning for future repairs! Thanks again Tony!

I went for an inspection and a confirmation on wether my brakes needed attending or not, Tony was incredibly helpful, honest, and delivered greatly on customer service. Made me feel very taken care of and gave me trust that my vehicle was in good hands. Seems to be attentive to his employees and customers alike, while keeping a lighthearted attitude that can take away the stress of car issues that so many people face. Will be going back for sure!

This Paradise Valley location is a joke! Was hoping to get an alignment, but they asked why I wanted one, then gave me reasons of why they won't give me an alignment. Completely wasted my time and they gave me every excuse not to take my business. Never touched my car!!!

Tony and his team are awesome. I called Brakes Plus while I was at a competitor’s shop, worried I was being overcharged. Tony made time for me and I drove straight over. My problem was solved that day and at a lower cost than what I had been quoted by a competitor just that morning. I left feeling so grateful to have found a trustworthy and skilled repair shop. I will definitely be back.

Tony is an absolutely amazing manager who is more than willing to go above and beyond for his customers. I originally planned to change my rotors myself even buying all necessary parts. However after the tire came off I noticed the set screws were fully rounded. Brake Plus was able to work with me to get the parts installed at a fair price. I even inquired about performing an alignment, but they checked it and said it wasn’t needed, I’m big fan of the honesty.

Tony is the shit. He’s helped me with my car the last couple years and it’s been a great experience. Always communicative, always upfront, no bullshit and does things in ways most shops don’t anymore. If you’re looking for an honest place to send your business, this is it.

I came in with no appointment, they were super busy, but still very prompt and courteous. The gentleman took my info and then took my car for a quote. Once I had a quote, which they were very honest about and not pushy at all. The gentleman told me other thing that were wrong with my car, but was ok with just fixing my brakes that I had come in for. They even did as I had asked, to only change one rotor but at the end they told me they would include both with the initial quote. They even offered a ride- I opted to wait. I would definitely come back for other repairs. I would definitely recommend for repair :)

It looks like they solved the issue on the first try! We will see if the AC level is lower in 5 days. Also identified a couple of hoses that needed replacement.

Rolled in with my breaks in bad shape and I knew it would cost me but wasn't prepared for it! Tony and Jay helped me and really looked out on the price! Nice to find an honest mechanic these days. They fixed my breaks, hooked me up on the price and had me outta there in 2 hours!! Thanks guys I will be back for all my car repairs!! I'll tell everyone I know or who needs a mechanic about Breaks Plus!! Highly recommend!! 5*star service!!
