I was very impressed with the service I received,Dallen helped me...he got me in there right away and then explained in simple but detailed terms what my issues were in a way that I could understand, as I am not mechanically inclined, you may say....I was happy with the personal consideration he took for me, definitely will go there again and refer others!!

"Great Experience at Brakes Plus!" I recently took my car to Brakes Plus because I noticed some issues with my brakes, and honestly, I didn't really know what was going on. Nathan, the service advisor, was super nice and patient with me. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand, which I really appreciated since I don't know much about cars! He told me what needed to be fixed and gave me a couple of options, but didn't pressure me into anything. Nathan made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward, and he even kept me updated throughout the process. The pricing was also way better than I expected compared to other places. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend Brakes Plus and Nathan for anyone who’s a little clueless about cars but wants great service!

Been going to the Brakes Plus to Maricopa and here for years since I got my first car, up to my current. Always got time whether it’s a oil change, tires or major repairs. Even when money was an issue they have always made it work. Thankful for how consistent they are with their communication and commitment for my car’s safety. 👍

Love the guys that work here! They treat my family with kindness and care and do NOT treat my young girls any differently because they may be less educated in auto care! Highly recommend this shop for all your car care needs! Highly disappointed that Miles Strange left this store but SO SO thankful Shane stayed. Shane takes the time to listen and communicate properly with you even when you are upset at an outcome of a repair. We went in for an oil leak. They caught a leak we didn’t see and we came back the next week thinking they messed up. Nope. They just took care of the leak that was seriously bad and needed repairing. Even with the misunderstanding, we went back the next week and Shane was kind, communicative, and considerate when I was angry and frustrated when we thought the leak either started again or hadn’t been repaired properly. You need MORE employees like Shane. I have a degree in communication, and this young man knows HOW to talk to people who are happy, upset, and even irate. Shane goes above and beyond. Why someone like him is not in a management position, I have NO idea! I cannot say the same for the manager at this location. Curtis was more bothered he had to stop eating his breakfast than to help us bring the car back. He was rude, short with me and flat out obnoxious. People like him should take classes on communication and people skills. My daughter is a first responder and of course I’m concerned about her working crazy late night shifts in bad areas with a car that could break down! The manager is a complete jerk and has no consideration for the customer. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but some compassion and understanding would be the first thing he should try.

I came here for alignment. They did a great job, amazing costumer service. Curtis explained to me in details everything i need to know about what happened for the disalignment of my truck. If you have car problems, you NEED to go Brakes Plus in Ahwatukee. They are like the Chick-fil-A of auto repair. SERIOUSLY. I cannot tell you how many times they've gone above and beyond to take care of me/my car and didn't break my budget. Even if they make any mistake, they go the extra mile to make things right. Their kindness and integrity nearly put me in tears. If you go, which I hope you do, let them know Victoria sent you. I truly cannot recommend them more highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also, I have to give all praise to God for His unmerited favor and grace upon my life, using these people as instruments of His goodness and blessing. This location was remarkable! I came in with reduce engine power they took the time to diagnose it and was extremely professional! I will be staying with them. Let me not forget to mention Curtis was informative and I’m glad I stopped here.

Took our vehicle here to check on what might be making the noise I was hearing. They recommended $2500 worth of work. Took it to two other mechanics that said those things were perfectly fine and the noise was actually simple fix which they did and charged me nothing for. ALWAYS GET ANOTHER MECHANIC TO CHECK so you can COMPARE.
