I have been to several places in the area for oil changes and inspections. I recently went to Meineke (Brakes Plus) for brake work. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to explain everything to me regarding what needed to be done. I will not need to look any further for my car care needs.

I recently got an oil change at the Meineke on Jones Franklin Road in Cary. The young man at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, and they told me some things that I needed to address that I didn’t know about, but in a very nice manner, not like some places I’ve been to Where I felt pressure. I will definitely go back again!

I’ve been here a couple of times for oil changes and other basic upkeep on my car. They are always helpful and efficient and fit you in for an appointment as soon as possible. Thank you for the great service and I will definitely keep coming back 👍

Had a very poor and frustrating experience here with getting my AC fixed. They initially had done the repair, only to find out that my AC was still leaking freon everywhere so I had to take it back. They charged me again for an entire AC change telling me it would have warranty for at least 2 years if anything went wrong. Well, I am here a year later and my AC is still having issues, only to find out they will not honor the warranty because "they changed ownership". Would not recommend this place as they will try to oversell you and will not keep their word on their work. Very shady business practices going on here.

I have been to this place for years and have always been treated with respect and they have always done a great job. They help me understand what is needed next on my cars and allows me to maintain older good quality cars for years.

I quickly scheduled a prepurchase inspection for two vehicles my son's family was considering. Brandon at Meineke-2353 was very attentive to my requests each time last week. He checked to make sure a technician would be available during the lunch period so I wouldn't have to wait until they all returned. The technician willingly changed his lunch school accommodate my need. Each inspection was thoroughly completed in a timely manner. Brandon went over the results with me each time to make sure I understood it. I was very appreciative of their consideration working to meet my need in helping my family make an informed decision about their vehicle purchase. I have recommended them to several other families searching for the vehicle that suits their needs. Always get that prepurchase inspection to be aware of the unknown and possibly hidden defects of a vehicle. Better to pay for knowledge than have regrets of the unknown. I can always count on great old fashioned personal service and honesty from Brakes’s Plus. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Although the faces have changed over the years, they are a place where you can trust their work and advice. I moved 30 min away 5 years ago but still come back for their great and reasonable service!

the group at Brakes Plus has been great! I’ve taken my car in for multiple different services and they’re always very accommodating, even giving recommendations for body shops for services they don’t provide. being a woman in my 20s, I’m always wary of auto shops trying to take advantage, but these guys are so kind and genuine.

Ever since my first visit, I have appreciated their work. I always recommend them to others. They are very accommodating when possible and super honest. They answer all my questions and even give me visual understanding of the parts of my car.
