Every shop makes little mistakes, but the good ones will make sure they make it right for the customer! Came in looking for guidance on tire size for some bigger rims I had bought online. We went back and forth over which tire size would be best for my car. The guys were absolutely swamped but got me on the road on my new rims within an hour, but there was a small issue.. The fitment just wasn't quite right. Too meaty, rubbing on turns, etc. After driving home and sleeping on it I decided I really wasn't happy with the purchase. I went back the next morning worried that this would be a nightmare at worst, or at best I would pay a minimal restocking fee to switch tires. Tire shops tend to be an "all sales are final" sort of deal.. Nope! Jay and the guys swapped me over to a better fitting size free of charge and had me back on the road in under an hour. No rubbing, and rides like a dream. Like I said, every shop makes little mistakes, but the good ones will make it right and make sure you're happy! Great job guys!

Excellent customer service great used tires in great prices! Completely exceeded my expectations and yes this is a real review! Absolutely would recommend a million times over again! Definitely will be returning in the future!

I needed a new back tire and thought why not just buy two tires at once, which I did. I called before hand to make sure they had the rare tire size I needed 235/40 R19. After placing only one tire on, I informed them that I bought two tires. After some more waiting the two tires were on... Come to find out they put the wrong size tire on my car AND I am missing a bolt that was there before. My fault for not double checking the size, Be safe when purchasing a tire make sure its your actual size. Especially as a women since these tire shop places take advantage of women.
