Braxton did one of those major maintenance checklists. They began right at the appointment time and they completed it in the amount of time they said it would take while I waiting in their waiting room. Quite a relief.

New to ATL and was sweating who to trust with my Favorite Tacoma Truck. Took the dive and landed at Braxton's Facility just west of Midtown. Was a definite gift for me. Knowledgeable professional and honest. A clean lounge with WIFI if you wait and noticed some fast food places close by as well. I had scheduled an appointment and he did an assessment, oil change and check of the vehicle. Great guy that has my confidence. Price was fair and now I don't have to worry about where I take the Truck for maintenance. He also will do tires for me when I need them. He does know Toyotas! And BTW, he didn't ask for a review! I found my place for vehicle maintenance in ATL. No drama here!

Great Experience. 2011 F150 Truck had several mis fires. I was able to drop the truck while going out of town for a few days. The guys diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the time I returned. I’d recommend them to people passing through and local residents.

Rating: 5/5 I can’t say enough good things about this automotive shop! They first worked on my 2011 Maxima back in 2022 when I needed a radiator replacement. My car was overheating, but after they replaced the radiator, I haven’t had a single problem since. So when my Maxima recently started leaking oil from multiple places — the valves, valve pan, and O-ring — I didn’t hesitate to bring it back to them for a tune-up. Once again, they did an incredible job! My car now runs like it’s brand new, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The team is not only highly skilled but also professional, honest, and very forthright. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I was especially impressed by how the mechanic remembered my car from two years ago! He hadn’t seen me since 2022, but he knew my vehicle right away, which shows the level of care and personal service they offer. The quality of work and customer service here is so impressive that we’ve officially replaced our dealership with them! I recently dropped off my Nissan Rogue for repairs, and we plan to bring my son’s Honda here as well. This is the shop we trust for all our vehicle needs going forward. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and skilled auto shop that treats you like family and gets the job done right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The starter on our van died on I-75 in the HOV lane on a Friday afternoon heading out of town. AAA towed it to Braxton - the nearest auto repair shop. We didn’t have a clue about this shop, but we called ahead and told them we were on our way. We didn’t expect them to be open but were prepared to use the drop box for the key. Turned out to be a bright spot in a bad situation! Seems they may have stayed open for us (past 6 on a Friday) as both the manager Gil and also the lead mechanic greeted us. Gil took time to look under the hood, got our information and then encouraged us to wait in the lobby for our Uber driver. We picked up the van the following week and all is well. Thank you Gil and team for your caring customer service!
