Professional and knowledgeable staff. This business uses only OEM parts that are warrantied. I wouldn't trust any other mechanics with my vehicle. I've been doing business with them for many years. Prices may seem costly but you pay for what you get. Don't risk taking your european vehicle to shade tree mechanics that do not honor their work or guarantee parts.

Massively overpriced. Compare their quotes to what‘s normal according to Repair Pal. They quoted me $2,600 for a job I got done elsewhere for $700 (with OEM parts). Another job would’ve been $1,100. Got a quote for $400.

The level of kindness, and patience that I am continually shown is unmatched. And they have absolutely earned my respect when the not so easy to hear news happens and the emotional side of my mind just isnt ready to hear it. They strik the balance across facts, through clear communication and deliver effective solutions time and time again. My daughter brought her Audi here for a severe oil leak. They performed a diagnostic, replaced the serpentine belt and oil cap (neither fixed the problem) charged her over $1100 and put her back on the road with her car still leaking profusely. She returned when when her oil light came on about a week later. What was Braxton's solution? Order a map of the car from Audi and take the car apart part by part... and these are supposed to be specialists?! This was a costly mistake for my daughter to bring her car here to these scammers, because I wouldn't trust them to work on a tricycle. Took her car to a reputable mechanic who correctly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Braxton Automotive should be ashamed of conning people out of their hard earned money. EDIT: Thanks for the video, but the severity of the oil leak was already apparent when it was brought to your shop. I would have rather seen a video of a proper repair done by a competent mechanic, but I know you can't provide me with that.

Exceptional quality of communication! I truly appreciate Michea, Jason, and the whole team of mechanics at Braxton Automotive. While in the process of repairing my vehicle I received daily updates via call and text. I honestly can’t express how great it feels to know when and exactly what is being done to my vehicle at times when I’m not in the shop’s physical presence!

Exceptional service on all accounts and quick, friendly easy to work with schedules . Had all my records for my Mini Cooper and new exactly what I needed done. Researched new tires and gave a fair estimate, able to get tires within a day! Very happy with Jason and his polite positive immediate service. I will return

My experience with Braxton Auto Group was superb. Mache, Kevin and Jason were my contacts there, and I have to say my conversations with them were like talking to old friends. My 2001 BMW CI needed lots of repairs and I mean a lot. After picking up my car and driving it off there lot, it was like driving a new car. My only regret is that I had not gone to them in the past. So, if you want top quality service and great customer service go to Braxton Auto Group on Howell Mill Rd. They are my new friends.

This was my first visit. Jason checked in with me regularly on status and took the time to explain possible underlying causes of issue. The shop ultimately found a way to correct the issue through a repair, rather than with an expensive new part. Very pleased!

We are traveling from out of state and had a minor repair on our minivan. Braxton was incredible. They fit us in same day, fixed the issue, and were so happy to help us.
