Brazos Valley Collision was very quick with its service. I had gotten into a minor fender bender and hit the front right of my car into someone else back bumper. Minor damages, but the whole front bumper of my car needed to be replaced, at least in my opinion. Everyone from the front desk workers to speaking with Gilbert made the process very easy. They got personal with me and remembered who I was and what car I drove and everything. My car was fixed in a week. Even with the "snow day" that we had recently. Brazos Valley Collision was even kind enough to clean my car exterior and interior before returning it back to me. That shows quality service and quality care. Their customer service is great. I highly recommend anyone needing repairs to give them a visit.

They did an amazing job fixing my Honda accord. My neighbor had backed into me and left my rear drivers door and wheel well bent and scratched. I took it here to have it fixed and I was worried since it was Honda pearl white but it looks brand new. They had it done in a week and were super awesome about the whole situation. I did not have one problem and they even gave me lug nut locks included with the repair since the dealership didn’t give me a key to my original ones. I recently went back to get a quote for a door dent that was on the car when I bought it. Hani recognized me right away and even offered a discount since I was a returning costumer. Their quote was really really reasonable even before the discount! He also noticed my car modifications and offered to help with some of them. They are absolutely great and treat their costumers wonderfully! Would 100% recommend to get your car fixed here!

I had 3 vehicle repairs done recently with Brazos Valley Collision Center. All 3 jobs were done to absolute perfection! Moe, Gilbert and their entire staff ALWAYS gave me EXCELLENT customer service each time! BVCC is by far the BEST Body Shop in BCS!

Staff members and techs were courteous and honest. Also took the time to explain how things worked (in detail!) when I asked. Could tell they were listening and taking my situation into account, the entire time.

Just writing this review after 1.5 years. The job that Saúl did at BVCC was amazing! Fair price and excellent service! The roof has held up great. I don’t have a current picture but the second picture was taken a few days after the job was done. (The white marks are from a quick wax job just to get it on the roof in case of bird droppings.) To this day, no peeling, bubbling, or orange peel. Roof still looks brand new! I would definitely recommend them for your painting and work!

Repairs are top notch you couldn't even tell where the damage was on the vehicle. This is the body shop I will use if I ever need repairs again.

I don't know whether this is common but my bumper cover got damaged during a minor incident when I was a student of TAMU. And I brought my car here. At first glance, the repair was great. But after about a year, the paint start to come off. Even just washing my car, a large piece of the paint can come off. For the following years, I've been bothered by this. It doesn't worth replacing the bumper and it made me feeling not good. On the other hand, the frame repair was decent. This is still a little bit of difference between the left and right side of my car, but it's acceptable.

Mo and his team did an excellent job on repairs for my vehicle, returned it to me washed and with beautifully cleaned interior, and offered friendly assistance from day 1. Their pricing was clear and reasonable. Not the cheapest but the quality craftsmanship was well worth the extra $100 difference vs other quotes.

Mo and his team did some work on a dent in the back of my CRV. He charged a reasonable amount and, when I went to pick GT up my car, not only was it cleaned inside and out, but Mo also had his people fix a small dent on the other side! He said that, since they had it taken apart, he wanted them to take care of it. Also, all of the work done was top notch. This is the third time I have brought a car in to Mo. Thank you for your superior and ethical work!!!

So helpful and kind! I genuinely am so thankful for Gilbert and Fred specifically because they fixed a leak in my trunk that I’d had for months and had patched on my own but been unable to find anyone willing to look at it and resolve it. It was a pretty unique problem and they worked with me to find time to bring in my car, they were super transparent about exactly what they were doing and how they were fixing it, and the pricing was great! I will be recommending them to anyone I know with car troubles.

My son got in accident on his way home for the Christmas break, and Brazos Valley Collision Center was recommended to us. We've never had to deal with this before, and they were amazing to work with and walked us through every step of the process. More importantly, we got his car back yesterday afternoon and it looks amazing! I'm praying we don't need them again, but if we do, we will definitely be going back to them. Omg, my car came back to me absolutely beautiful. My car was soo beautiful and looked like it just came off the show room floor. Excellent job, I would recommend BV Collision before I would the maker. My husband read-ended a Ford F-150 in his 2016 Toyota Camry. The entire front end was destroyed. We had highly rated insurance (the kind Rob Gronkowski wants, but can't get), but based solely on pictures of the vehicle (virtual adjuster), they low-balled the cost of the repair. TC Traweek went to bat for us numerous times to force our insurance company to pay to properly fix the car. In the end, he had to request a third-party independent adjuster to view the car in-person and arbitrate the difference between BV Collision Center's estimate and our insurance company. In the end, the car is back to its pre-accident finest and we are eternally grateful to TC and his team. We have several Toyotas and have used BV Collision Center ever since they were recommended to us by Atkinson Toyota when we moved to College Station in 2016. They work wonders!

This is a fantastic body shop...had a wreck with a horrible front end, never thought they would be able to get it in the condition prior to the wreck. Runs better than when I first got it, and looks fabulous! Very satisfied with quality of workmanship.

We've used this company twice now but will not be using them again after the most recent experience. We had a simple repair, just replacing a side mirror and correcting minor damage around the mirror. We got a quote and an estimate of a day to day and a half to repair the vehicle. It ended up taking eight days. It was impossible to get information from them. Apparently only the rep handling the repair can provide an update, and this rep must have only worked a handful of hours a week. He was never there and calls were never returned. At one point, when we complained about how long it was taking, we were told they found additional damage. That's fine and would make sense, but we weren't notified. Certainly that would change the price. After calling day after day, and being promised that the vehicle would be ready the following day THREE different times, it was ready on day eight. Based on the fact that the price didn't change, it appears there was not additional damage. That seems to be another deceit. The work was done and appears to be done correctly. Yet, I would not recommend this business because of the lack of communication and the dishonesty about time-line. There are plenty of other options for body shops in this town.
