Very happy with my first experience. I think everyone knows that going to a mechanic can cause anxiety. The folks at Brazzeal communicated well, were responsive and polite and most importantly I felt like they were fair. Will definitely use in the future.

Got my tire needs quoted quickly for what I was looking for. Told me it would be ready tomorrow in the afternoon. They called me just after 10am to tell me it was done.

I got a price of 1250 to get front and rear rotors and brakes done. I got it done at Midas for 822.00. I got a call from Brazzeal while I was at Midas saying he forgot to tell me the special and it would be 1150 instead of 1250.

Literally the best experience I ever had at a tire shop. They repaired my run flat same day for 50 dollars and treated me with respect. I’m getting all my tires here in the future.

There’s definitely something to be said about using your local shop over the dealership. “Little” John listened to my woes and Chris was able to diagnose an electrical issue within hours that the dealership couldn’t find within several return visits.
