Highly recommend. My '18 Civic starting leaking oil profusely at Walmart so I immediately pulled into the closest mechanic (Brian's) and left it there. It was late on a Sunday, but he answered the phone anyway and had my car fixed by Monday afternoon. He called me to discuss the issue & cost of service before getting to work. Price was fair and the car is fixed. I would go to Brian again for auto services.

I went there to look at a car for sale owner seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly ended up being a little to expensive for me but that was not his fault that was the owner of the car that was on consignment

Brian get's it done at a honest price, we have bought a cars from him and when ever they have issues is been able to repair and fix them in quick order. I took my Cadillac to Brian because my air conditioning stopped working. He called me with his diagnosis and discussed several different options. He recommended the cheapest one but left the ultimate decision up to me without trying to up sell me. In the process he discovered that my cooling fan was not working. Once again he called and explained what he found. He ordered the part I needed and had it fixed very quickly. I appreciate the open communication and fair pricing. I do 95 percent of the work on my cars but it's nice to find someone who I can trust to do the things that I can't. Thanks Brian!

Would definitely recommend!!! Couldn’t be happier with the service Brian did on my Jeep Wrangler and it went into the shop in pretty rough shape. He was very thorough and fixed the issues at a very fair price. He was very professional and even called to check in a few days after having the jeep worked on to make sure that everything was working as it should be. That’s the type of customer service that I have searched for. Will be returning for future service.

Brian is a great and trustworthy mechanic. I've done a good bit of high performance work on my own track vehicles in the past and I'm pretty picky when dealing with automotive shops. I moved to Rochester in 2012 and found Brian almost immediately. Since day one I've been really happy with his knowledge and labor rates. He doesn't charge for unnecessary work and never tries to take on extra work that I don't need. He's pretty much the only mechanic that I trust to work on any of the issues I have with my vehicles. He also works on pretty much any vehicle. I was grateful to know that he had all the necessary diagnostic tools and computers to work on my BMW. Give him a try, you won't be sorry.

Highly recommend. Brought my car there for a alignment. No one around would align my car because of its modifications. He aligned it no problem never had any issues afterwards. Just brought my car to have coilovers installed. In and out, done the same day. If something else is needed he will call first to discuss if anything additional needed beforehand so you have no surprise bill.

Best car repair experience I've ever had - he came recommended by my buddy who knows cars. Brian called me no less than three times to clarify cost as he found issues during inspection, and get my authorization for each of the increases necessary to repair my vehicle. In addition, he told me not to worry about several things I requested, rather than letting me spend money I didn't need to spend. That's customer service - and meant a huge deal to me because I didn't have much at the moment. I highly recommend Brian's to anyone and everyone needing car repair. Excellent, 1 on 1 service for a local shop.

My brother and I both bought cars from him and they work great! He is not a car salesman, he is a mechanic who sells cars, which is why we trusted him. He offers great deals and does great work on the cars. Up front and honest, I recommend Brian's to anyone looking for a car.

My fiancee and I had been car shopping for weeks. We had been to all of the larger car lots and many of the smaller ones. What a pleasantly different experience we had at Brian's Alignment. This is one mechanic/car salesman who is honest and has unquestionable integrity We bought a car without the normal runaround & bullshit. I hope that he prospers.

Top notch service and I should have written this review a long time ago. Explains everything clearly and doesn't go "cha-ching" because I'm a woman walking through his shop. Hourly rate is below everybody else's and fits me in whenever I've needed it. Tells it like it is and keeps it simple. Great work & great service always!

he will take your car's key saying one price, after making you wait for hour he will ask for more price, then he will again ask for more price. Once he is done with work, if you ask him to take a ride to check everything is working fine or not, he will refuse confidently to check. When you come home, you will find your car's wheel is making scary noise.

Brian is a top notch mechanic and business man, me and my wife have brought 3 of our vehicles there to be serviced and have NEVER had a problem, just recently we brought our vehicle there and he informed us that it might not be worth putting the money into the vehicle due to the age and mileage, now you don't see that very often. Other shops would due the work pocket the money and not think twice about making the customer put money into a money pit of a car. Take you car there and don't think twice.
