Absolutely fantastic people. I crashed my beloved 2005 Acura RSX-S, my first car ever and one that still has great sentimental value to me. In a nutshell, I had a freak accident in which the handbrake slipped and the car rolled downhill into a utility box. The bumper and rear quarter panel were pretty trashed, and I was honestly pretty bummed. I took it to several shops and was basically told the car was too old, parts weren't available, the repair wouldn't be possible, etc. Finally, after scouring reviews, I brought it to Wilmar at Bridge Motors based on a few reviews that indicated he was willing to work on older vehicles. I couldn't have made a better choice. Not only did Wilmar readily agree to do the repair, he was able to find parts to replace the irreparable bumper cover, and restored the damaged quarter panel to perfection. He somehow also managed to do all this work for a very reasonable price, and in under two weeks. He also buffed out some scratches I had gotten in unrelated incidents, and I don't think he even charged for that! I got the car back today and it looks nearly new again - better than it has in ages. Family-owned, I think Bridge Motors is one of the best body shops in Portland. They earned my greatest respect because they didn’t compromise customer service. Along with expert workmanship, kindness and understanding is mentioned in many of the other reviews. Other shops couldn’t get me in for months, or wouldn’t help me because my twice stolen car was too old. Thankfully, I was referred to Bridge Motors and Wilmar took my car in that day. I’m in my 70’s and Wilmar took care of me beyond all of my expectations. This happened during a difficult time in my life. My insurance ‘totaled’ the car. Nonetheless, Wilmar helped me out with transportation, navigating the insurance settlement, and he continued to support me while I was out looking for a used car to buy. This was above and beyond. I met almost all of the staff, and they are highly experienced, unquestionably honest and truly made me feel they had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Bridge Motors and without a second thought, I will take my ‘new’ used car there for any future body work.

Work was done promptly and well on an old car at a fraction of the cost that other body shops were asking. After initial discussion and agreement, they took an approach to repair that was appropriate for an older vehicle, i.e. fix what needs to be fixed but don’t waste money trying to make it look exactly like new.

Wilmar and his team do amazing work. My car was destroyed after a garbage truck swiped it during a routine trash pickup, and I thought it wasn’t salvageable, but they somehow made it look brand new. And they worked directly with the insurance company, which made my life a lot easier! Super friendly and excellent service.

Bridge Motors did excellent work for me! I had some major collision repairs done here and they did a lot of extras that they didn’t even charge me for. The quote was good, they’re very honest and upfront. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.

Honestly can’t speak higher of a place. I feel like body shops often get bad reps. I called bridge moto collision repair after I was in an accident on i5. They sent a flat bed immediately, was extremely communicative with my insurance and delivered an estimate in fast turn around. The owners brother went out of his way to drive me to a local enterprise, helped me unload my damaged car and reload it into a rental. Honestly the whole experience was made fairly stress free thanks to the team here.

I am very happy with the work that Wilmar and the crew at Bridge Motors Collision performed on my Toyota Tundra. They fixed my fender bender/hood in a quick turn around when other repair shops couldn't even see me for months. The cost was reasonable and the results looked good. Wilmar even picked me up and brought me too the shop when I was struggling to find a ride because it was ready so soon. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

I had trouble finding a shop to repair some fender damage on my 1997 T100. I talked to an estimator at a well-known shop near my house who couldn't take me on - "too busy" - but he referred me to Wilmar at Bridge Motors. I'm super glad he passed me on because Wilmar invited me out for an estimate the next morning, took in my truck the following Wednesday, and had it ready for me 5 days later. The new fender looks EXCELLENT. The paint is well-blended with the truck body. I got good attention, a very fair price, a fast turnaround, and terrific quality. HIGHLY recommended.

When others couldn’t get me in for months… Wilmar at Bridge City motor collision got me in right away and handled everything between the insurance company and myself in a professional and friendly manner. Wilmar quoted me a price, never wavered, then waived half of my deductible after dealing with the insurance companies for weeks! They then cleaned my car inside it out and buffed my headlights! Wilmar gave me a courtesy ride home, which some might not be comfortable with but I was so grateful for. We’ve sadly lost Customer Service in this country…this gentleman/company, reminds me of how important community is. “You take care of me, I’ll will take care of you.” 🙏 Love them! 💕👍

After someone dented in the side of my 4-door Prius, insurance covered repairs. Wilmar restored it, plus some other body work. It looked terrific and all for the price of the insurance paid out, minus the deductible. Wilmar also did an outstanding job restoring the door and back end of our Old VW camper van after an unknown person crashed into it, even matching the old paint. All the work was accomplished in far less time than any other body shop we contacted. He was a pleasure to work with. I am recommending him to all our friends.

This place is very professional and the best. Any questions u have they can answer and help u. Wilmer is the man to come to for anything. Wilmer at Bridge motor collision repair was absolutely a godsend when my truck got wrecked! Not only was he literally the only person in Portland that was willing to fix my truck, he is very experienced in dealing with insurance companies. He answered any and all of my questions as well as helping me navigate dealing with the insurance company! I cannot say enough good things about him! After I got rear-ended in Portland, I called around all the shops in the area and none could get my car fixed in less than 2 months. Wilmer was able to fix all of the damage in just three weeks after it happened. I highly recommend this shop! I am very happy with their work.
