The lady that is answering the phone is sooo rude. Im calling to ask her for information on a statement that I received and she kept asking questions instead of trying to help me. She didnt even request the invoice number or statement. I am asking her if she could tell me more of what I'm being charged and all she said is noo that is not us. She was not helpful at all and just sounded like she was taking a nap and I interrupted her.

Called for a simple fix for a flat tire, was told, "I don't do that," and then hung up on me. I understand the two star rating now.

Was hung up on 2 times.when I told them what I needed the third time I called they said they don't do that work and hung up again...now I have bought 2 sets of tires here but will no longer guy any

Called the Vegas location to locate someone, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Happy not to deal with her.

Whatever little whiny boy is answering the phone needs a major attitude adjustment. I called about bringing a fleet vehicle for a quick alignment and he said no no and hung up on me before I can even ask when they had availability. Lost out on a potential $120,00 contract.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give this place no starts I would because I called to ask only about the time they closed and if I would be able to get my tire patched the man that answered the phone was very rude and said “we don’t work on trucks” and hung up on me. I tried to calling a few times after and they sent me straight to their voicemail box. If you don’t like your job you don’t have to be an employee simple and plain.
