Was assisted by Martin and he was quick to get my truck in to have my fuel filter replaced. I had informed him I know how to do the job, but was having trouble taking off the filter housing. He helped get me a replacement housing since it was rounded and impacted on, he gave me recommendations for possible future services for my truck and options for tools that could help me do this service my self in the future. Very honest, quick, and reliable work. Would highly recommend and would come back for jobs I can’t do myself or don’t feel like doing in the future!

I was in a hit and run over a year ago and my insurace did not cover the repairs, everyone i went to even mazda themselves quoted me well upwards of 6,000. Byop was able to get the work done for way cheaper. And allow me to finace part of the repairs. They were the most genuine, understanding people to help me. My car did not run for over a year and took them under a month to get the cosmetic repairs fixed and offered to fix the electrial as well. I will be returning for service in the future!! Great people, great service, great pricing!!

Don't even come here. Buyer Beware - this is a scam - they will rob you and charge higher hourly rates than a dealer ($245 per labor hour by my calculation). Everything about this place is a scam. The hourly rate is outrageous (again, $245 per labor hour after talking to my old mechanic describing the services performed - 10 hours milking the clock) - the service is terrible - the lobby is lacking. You get the impression that they're going to save you money because they are bare bones, but they're just crooks lying to you. If you buy your own parts - they hate that because they cannot markup and charge you the store's website price. Had I bought my own parts, I could have saved over $200 - but they of course pocket that. If you also ask for a detailed receipt, they will not give you a detailed receipt - They will claim that it will cost you more when they account for all the services. Every interaction here needs to be documented with a cellphone camera so that they cannot lie and claim otherwise. KSAT might want to do a story on this place - to make it official. All of the hallmarks of a scam are here - and in the reviews. Take a look, I have receipts to prove it.

I stopped by B Y O P and as soon as I walked in I was helped out immediately by a B Y O P rep. Within minutes I had an app within 1 day. Upon arrival at my appt time they began on my Audi. They were especially patient when I for go forgot the parts. Thank You, B Y O P for the excellent service !!! 👍

About a two hour wait. Just for a diagnostics test. Not once did they say, Mr. Ybarra we’re on your vehicle next. I had to ask them, How much longer? I honestly believe they forgot about me.

Brought in my car because of an overheating problem. Was assisted by Martin, the owner of the shop, who went far and beyond servicing my vehicle and fixing the issue (water pump and thermostat). Recommended a few other things that were of no big concern. And when I was misinformed at a oil change shop of there being just water in the radiator and the reservoir, Martin asked me bring it in and proceeded to suck it all out and put in new coolant to provide peace of mind, all free of charge. Will most definitely be coming back.

Watch out for these guys I called and spoke to a woman about replacing and serpentine belt which I already had purchased the belt just needed to bring it in and replace the old one you told me 50 bucks when I arrive I spoke to a heavy set guy named Justin he tried to change the price $ 150 mind you that would have been the price if I did not have the belt somewhere else
