Went there to get our car fixed (had a bent caliper on passenger side tire) they took the car in quickly and got the work done. They were knowledgeable and fast. I only waited for five minutes to get the work done. Friendly staff and mechanics.

Update in April 2024 -- More kudos to Broad Street Auto deserving of five stars. I needed a state inspection for my car. All the places I called in Short Pump required me to leave the car for the day and likely overnight. At Broad Street Auto, I made a 9 am appointment for the inspection and it was completed by 9:20 am. Thanks so much for great service! From October 2023 -- Excellent service today. We're new to town, and I needed to have the tire pressure light on my car looked at. I was able to get in and have the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour at a reasonable cost. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean waiting room. We'll be back!

I needed to get a state inspection for my car (which normally I have done at the dealership as my car is still under warranty so it was just easy, but I forgot last time was there) and every place I contacted either didn’t have any appointments available or didn’t take appointments and was going to be 3-4hr process at best they said. I found Broad street Auto on line and they had availability with an actual appointment!! Took the first one 8 AM…and was all done by 8:20AM…was fantastic!!! They are really nice and got the job done! It’s says they are a family run biz and you totally get that vibe…not the big corporate style where you’re just the next on the list!

Brought my car in for inspection after a series of awful mechanic experiences at other shops around Richmond. Easy, fast, polite and no nonsense here. I'm not sure what they did as I just got a State Inspection but my car has never ran better and I appreciate their straight forward business approach.

I previously said that I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicle anywhere else, that their service is exceptional, and that the staff is friendly, professional, and honest. After many years, my review is the same. Five stars. I still wouldn’t dream of taking my car anywhere else.

I've had nothing but good experiences there. The work gets done effectively, the prices are reasonable, and I find them very trustworthy. They never upsell me and they've redone work that had a problem for free, even if it was just a part malfunction.

Love this place but impossible to get in since they’re only open m-f during typical work hours. Wish they were open on the weekend.
