I had a loud sound coming from my front tire and was told it was something major from a third party. And I brought my car to Broadway and they fixed the problem. Only to find out it was just my lug nuts. I would recommend them in a heart beat. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Dan and Matt

My son drove up from Virginia and the car broke down in Pittsburgh. We had to leave it there and get it towed somewhere close. I was fortunate enough to find Broadway. I received a phone call and the mechanic was not quick to charge a lot of money for unnecessary work. He took the time to test the battery and alternator and determined it was the alternator. This type of business ethic and customer care is a LOST ART. HIGHLY recommended....

One of the mechanics stole a socket out of my car. I had 3 sockets in my center console when I brought the car in for inspection. When I went to pick it up there were only 2 sockets. Additionally, they wrote the current year (expired) on the brand new inspection sticker, so I had to go back and have them fix that as well. Also my car reeks of cigarettes now. See if you can get other options first when it comes to mechanic work.

Went to Broadway for an inspection and had my brakes repaired as well. The service was top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be returning for any car repairs or tuneups in the future.

Called to see if they could fit me in to change a brake light. They fit me in the same day and were kind and affordable ($20). As a young woman, I’m always apprehensive about auto shops. I’ll come back here next time for sure.

I have been going to Broadway for a very long time, started around 1998-99 with a 94 Pontiac Grand AM then a 2005 Chevy Impala, to a 2009 JEEP Patriot (worst vehicle ever), to current 2014 Ford Taurus. I truly value and appreciate Matt, Dan and the mechanics at Broadway. They are professional, they are polite, they are to the point. Most times, I drop my car off when they open; they call by noon with a diagnosis; my car is ready for pick before my work shift ends. Over the years they have truly brought comfort to me and my mom. I know when I leave my vehicle with Broadway they are going to take care of it.

These guys are holdin it down big time in East Liberty as a no b.s. shop that keeps it simple and gets it done. They’ve been in the neighborhood a long time while all others have come and gone. They know us and we know them. Matt will never steer you wrong. I always recommend this place to family and friends, especially those that are less car savvy because I know Matt is always going to be patent, respectful, and honest no matter who walks in. That goes miles further than anything else in this business.

Went to get oil changed last minute before a cross country road trip, Dan called us about an issue instead of fixing it without asking and helped come up with reasonable solutions. Super honest and friendly service!
