My headlight went out on me suddenly & although they didnt have the part, Broadway Auto Service told me exactly which bulb to buy in the morning. I came back in the afternoon & replaced it for me within minutes. I’d come back for sure!

Thank You so much Lorenzo and Chris! You are both awesome!! We had taken our sweet Van to another shop and they totally missed the mark on what we asked for. Lorenzo was awesome at listening and made me feel grounded with my concerns. They send a text over with the detailed estimate and work to be done. Which was so helpful. And he answered my other questions with advice and without making me feel silly for asking. I left happy. In good time. Our van is driving smooth and we feel safer then ever! Had some issues with my older car. They were able to check it out and repair it the same day. The two guys who run the shop are very courteous and professional. They also use a really nice invoice system that notifies you of the suggested repairs and estimates, and you get an electronic invoice with accept or decline services through the text link. Makes things easy and you don't have to try to remember later what was said or agreed upon. You have the link to the work request. I also want to say that I am a woman. And us ladies know what it's like to be talked down to around anything to do with cars or machines. And I never felt like the mechanics were trying to trick me into repairs I didn't need or assume I couldn't understand anything. (I have experienced both of those before). In fact they took extra time to show me the problems so I could understand them better. Just very courteous and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent newer business in Uptown. Attached to the iconic Car Wash, at Broadway & Ainslie. Lorenzo is responsive, resourceful and friendly. They did a special job for me and couldn’t have been more accommodating and prompt. Great repair / maintenance shop!

My Husband took our car here once before. They did a great job! He took the car in again and I just picked it up and Lorenzo and Chris were very kind and explained the repairs they did. They were finished so quickly with the repairs I was so happy! I would definitely recommend!

What a great repair shop! I would recommend to anyone in need of a repair. The shop I normally take my car to typically takes 2-3 days to do a diagnostic and another couple days for the work. I was in and out same day at Broadway Auto. So happy to be back on the road!

These guys are the best in Uptown. I've taken my car 3 other places and from now on will only be taking it here. I took my car to them to get a second opinion when one of the other neighborhood mechanics tried to sell me a transmission that I didn't need! They also gave me a few options on how to handle my failing engine (not transmission!!!) And tips on what would be a good purchase for a new car if decide to go that route. Honest and trustworthy. I would def recommend 🙂

Broadway Auto Repair is quick, affordable, and very personable. I worked with Chris and called for new spark plugs. In and out very quickly. Very reasonable prices. Looking forward to working with them again.

I never really the best of luck when it comes down to break downs and repairs with my cars. Unfortunately this year I had the worst issues and it all comes down to “ I need to the find the right mechanic to fix this.” I thought I found that mechanic shop but unfortunately the shop “ auto tech and repair on broadway wasn’t it.” It was different issues every time I had to return and I was completely over it. So I decided to give Broadway Auto Service & Repair a shot. Sadly the previous owners did not give this shop the best reputation. But I’ll tell you this, these guys are 10000% better. I told them the issue and what was happening. They ran a full diagnostic and took the time to break down every code. I told them my experience with the other shop and they gave me the best advice on how to go upon handling it. They popped open the hood and found the issue within minutes. In their own words “ you need a mechanic that loves what he does and loves everything about cars.” They have now repair my fuel pump, timing belt and now an alinement. It hurts to constantly fix car issues when the repair isn’t even done right. It takes a toll on you financially and mentally. But coming here at Broadway Auto Service & Repair.. it really makes me feel good to know that I have mechanics that genuinely care and will do all they can to fix your issues. Even better, make sure it is not reoccurring.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Fantastic service. My car was done within 24 hours, the services were done well, the prices were very fair and they went above and beyond my expectations. They changed my oil, washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my car, and not only filled my tires but shined them all at no extra cost! I will definitely go back for all my car needs!

Highly recommend! I was having issues with my headlight and called Broadway Auto Service & Repair. Chris was able to fit me in later that day. They were able to fix it quickly and when I came back, Chris showed me that my stabilizer bar needed to be replaced. He was able to get the parts and replaced the next day. When I picked it up, they even cleaned the outside of my car! Chris and his team really know what they’re doing and provide excellent service with fair prices. I will definitely be back next time I need work done on my car!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Broadway Auto Services. I had my car towed in due to starting issues, and despite the inconvenience, the team at Broadway Auto made the entire process pleasant, fast, and easy. As a woman, I often find auto shops intimidating, but at Broadway Auto, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was courteous, explained the issues clearly, and the prices were fair. Terrible experience. They treat their customers pretty bad. Initially I went there to replace some brake pads. I told them that there was an issue with the starter of my car and that they would need to leave it overnight to hear the issue again. Instead of trying to leave it overnight, dude turns on the car and of course the problem wouldn't happen right away, and tells me there's no problem and calls me stupid. When we did leave overnight, he did hear the problem, but tells me to stop being stupid and that there's no problem with the car. After getting my brake pads replaced, I took it to a different shop a friend recommended me the next day and found out that the flex plate was pretty damaged. They also found that the brake pads were pretty worn out and need replacing (again)
