Cars have gotten very complicated and yet these guys are on their "A" game when it comes to accurate diagnostics. Look at their wall and it is covered with training certificates of the highest order. Very honest, amiable and I trust them with my car work. They are the only mechanic shop I have recommended to my friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Broccolo Automotive is my mechanic of choice. Honest, knowledgeable a reasonably priced I depend on them to keep my fleet on the road safe and sound. First choice by far.

My beloved ‘07 RAV4 was towed here after a deer accident. 😟 The accident was upsetting, as was the thought of losing my car. I had planned to have her for a long time. Sadly, she was totaled. The only positive part of this whole experience was my communications with Mike and Matt, and the service at Broccolo. I’d never been there, and was impressed with their remarkable knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, attention to detail, respect, consideration, and care. They were patient, helpful, friendly, respectful, and really heard me. Refreshingly, they didn’t assume I knew nothing because I’m female!!👍 I was especially impressed with the systematic and comprehensive 45-point inspection of my car. I was emailed a well thought out document outlining each item evaluated, with great photos. When I find a potential replacement RAV4 I will be bringing it to Broccolo for this inspection before I buy. When I need any work done on my vehicles, this is where I’ll be coming!!

I very recently relocated from Dallas and had a BMW f32 435i with electrical problems and alignment problems and the check engine light coming on and off. They showed me exactly what they found, with pictures and analysis and what it was going to take to repair. It was a completely seamless experience with really great communications and I absolutely feel like I was treated fairly. A rarity in the car repair business.

In my opinion Broccolo Automotive is the top State-of-the-Art facility in the area. After taking my vehicle to the dealership and they could not fix it because they did not have the newest software update, Someone suggested Broccolo, to my surprise, I was in and out with problems solved in a short time. Now they have all of my business. I will always suggest Broccolo to my friends.

Excellent experience and repair shop. They tell you what's wrong (with pictures) and don't constantly upsell you for things you don't need. On top of that very friendly and have fair pricing. My new go to auto shop.

Mike is just outstanding! He spent a significant amount of time with me to make sure that I had the right tires for my daughter‘s vehicle. Additionally, I forgot that she also needed an inspection and an oil change, which he reminded me of and said yes, we have time to do that for you today While it is up on the lift. I am always confident when I go there. I get a fair deal quality products at a fair price in a timely fashion.

Recommended by a friend. My brake suddenly starts leaking one month after I done an inspection at here. Called them and dropped off the car right away. Extremely efficient since it only took two days inspecting and repair! A total of three business days. Reasonable price, friendly and patient.

Mike and the team at Broccolo really went to bat for us and went above and beyond with service and repair. They were very patient with us answering all the questions we had and really went to bat with the insurance company on the claims. 100% would recommend anyone with a Subaru repair issues to visit.

College student here! They were super helpful, very quick to identifying the problem, and quick to give options/estimates, plus they were very nice/kind overall. They were clear about the issues with my car and the approach needed to fix it. They also provided me with a ride back to my college, they service do this for many students (RIT). Also pretty fair prices

everything seemed good with this company but for weeks i've been inquiring about warranty work & getting the run around i was told they reached out to my warranty company & there was some type of hold up with them .so i decided to call & ofc the shop never contacted anyone i think that's highly unprofessional. everytime i call they say theyll call me back and weeks pass nothing it's ok to be honest & say u don't want to work on my car .. 🤦🏽‍♀️

this is going to be my new regular mechanic! first and foremost, everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I truly appreciate seeing the full diagnostic report + price of labor and parts. can you get more honest?? of all the mechanic shops i’ve been to, never have I been provided with pictures and a rating scale of how urgent/ non urgent repairs jobs were via text. my car was in and out same day. I was recommended by a friend and I can see why! I will definitely be recommending this shop. THANK YOU.
