I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Jr. at Broccolo Collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Mike Jr. was immediately trustworthy and took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process. He even took me into the shop to show me the work being done and outlined his plan moving forward. This level of transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the quality of the work being performed. The results were outstanding—my car looks and runs like new again. I also appreciated how Mike Jr. handled all the insurance details, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Mike and the crew did brilliant work on my Subaru STI after a nasty deer collision. I am incredibly fortunate that Van Bortel Subaru referred me to Broccolo Collision. I could not be more impressed with this family-owned garage! I have worked with both Mike Jr and Mike Sr at both locations, and both are very thorough and trustworthy. It's never a good day when you need a car repair, but I have a newfound peace of mind knowing that I have them to rely on for all of my upcoming automotive needs! So grateful!

If anoyone needs any work done on their Subaru, this is the place to bring your car. Not only was the owner communicative but also gave us great deal on parts. He made sure that all the parts were OEM and the fit and finish of the car when he was done was the best I had ever seen. I would recommend everyone to go to his shop and get your car fxied from this place. You will be happy you did.

Mike was a great help to me after a bad accident in Rochester. He gave the insurance company a very thorough estimate of damage and I was able to get an appropriate settlement. He could bot have been more helpful.

Mike did an excellent job repairing my truck. He dealt with all the insurance hassles, returning my rental truck, etc. My truck looks new again!
