I felt welcomed the moment I open their door. They were absolutely fabulous and about their business. They called and have texted, keeping me informed and checking to see how my car is doing. They did a great job and even went toe to toe with the warranty company who denied a claim. When the Brock's team was done with them, they paid. Brock's made getting my car worked on a good experience, the best part was everyone I encountered there was genuinely friendly, it made me smile. I plan on going to them for any and all car needs.

My daughter's Honda had a transmission leak. We had it towed, they diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Their staff was very professional!

I love Carrie at Brock’s Auto! She is so so nice, extremely helpful and patient, and gets you exactly what you need without trying to upsell or price gouge. She’s literally ✨here to help✨ and we also love a girls girl! I would trust the mechanics there with anything my car needs and will forever be taking it to Brock’s! Brock’s is my go-to mechanic. They have taken great care of my 2008 VW GTI. I’ve had all sorts of successful repairs done by them. Recently they fixed my troublesome AC. Very happy with their work.

While in a cross-country road trip, during the hottest days in years, our old Honda lost air conditioning, stranding us hours from our planned destination. Ron at Brock's saved us! A quick, accurate assessment in the late afternoon, followed by a speedy repair the next morning, and we were on our way. Nice, kind, considerate, honest, and super-helpful. I recommend this shop most highly!

I can't recommend this shop enough. The service went above and beyond, was speedy, and friendly. I needed work done on my exhaust. I recently moved and didn't know anything about the local shops. I'm always a bit hesitant to visit a shop I've never been to. However all my anxieties we're squashed after giving Brock's a call. They got me in ASAP, and quoted me a very reasonable price. Then after I picked it up the work was exactly as it should have been. This was probably the best first experience I've ever had at any shop. If you're local and looking for a trustworthy shop these are your guys.

Took my very old vehicle in for a radiator replacement. Rather than just doing the prescribed job, the staff took time to examine the vehicle and alert me to a multitude of impending serious problems. It was an easy decision for me to stop sinking money into that old vehicle and opt out of the repair. Many, many thanks !

Ron Brock and his crew are absolutely nothing short of 1st Class!!! Being a 3rd party railroad regional safety contractor, my truck is my rolling office. Thursday my truck pulled onto the site and my day began, only for it to turn into chaos quickly with a failed fuel pump. In a state of panic, I began searching locations and reading reviews. Those reviews put me in touch with Mr. Brock and his team. Far from home, Mr. Brock gave me a number to Jerry's Towing who came to fetch me almost instantly. After dropping the truck and sharing the info about what I'd found wrong, they immediately went to work on it. Mr. Jerry dropped me back at the hotel, another gracious gesture. For the final act, Mr. Brock has a friend Mr. Chris who does Lyft. He came out to grab me and take me back to my now repaired and waiting truck the following day. Mr. Brock's entire team from his service techs to his alliance of friends showed me more compassion than some people I've known my entire life.
