I recently took my car to Brooklyn Motors to have it repaired after having been in a fender bender. Throughout the process, the staff were friendly and professional. They sent updates of what work was being done to my car, sent photos when asked, and had no problem breaking down the process for me and answering questions as it’s my first time bringing my car to a repair shop. Also, their work has a life time guarantee which makes me feel at ease. I left a satisfied customer and am happy to have my car back in it’s original condition. Staff are friendly. The agent explained how they would fix it. They do the repair as what they provided estimate days to complete. The paint job is great. It matches the original paint. 👍

I recently brought my Tesla Model Y to Brooklyn Motors for some repairs. I just want to start off by showing my gratitude towards Roman for always helping me with any questions and concerns that I had during the process. I’m incredible satisfied with my experience. From start to finish they demonstrated deep understanding of electric vehicles, esp Teslas. The entire staff was very knowledgeable at explaining the repair process in detail. Even the turnaround time was impressive, faster than any shops out there. On top of everything they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Once again thank you to Roman and the staff for fixing my Tesla and giving me a great customer service as well as delivering my car right on time

I had a great experience with brooklyn motors. The price was around what I expected and was extremely satisfied with the workmanship. I took my 2015 BMW M3 here and after one too many dings and bumps on the rear bumper decided to get it fixed. After I received my car it literally looks like the first day I got it. Sensors all work fine too. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for any future work. Highly recomend. Glad I found this place. Thanks guys.

The service was absolutely wonderful. I bought my car in to be repaired from a fender bender. They went above and beyond with their service. The car came back looking brand new. Very happy with everything. I plan on using them again. I would also recommend this place to any of my friends
