Absolutely horrible guy. I called, he yelled at me asking what size, I told him, he told me I’m wrong but didn’t help me understand where to look, and hung up. Hope this business fails

I noticed I had a nail in my tire in the morning when I got to work. I called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in the afternoon and if I had to make an appointment. The gentleman on the phone said I didn’t need an appointment, just bring it in and I did that afternoon. As soon as I was there I was greeted by Alex. I told him my issue and he started right away. He was very kind. I was waiting by my car and another gentleman told me I didn’t have to wait outside. He showed me there was a couch inside, so I sat down. The equipment to fix my tire was right there and I was able to watch the entire repair process. I was anxious and just that little detail put me at ease. Alex was so polite, efficient and fast. When he was done he checked all the other tires and filled them properly. While Alex was finishing up, another gentleman took payment. I didn’t have cash and so I asked to leave the tip on my card. He said no problem and so I did. Here’s a detail that stood out to me. That man took $5 cash and made sure to give it to Alex while I was still there. Which Alex thanked me for. They could’ve easily pocketed the money and never gave it to him. But they made sure he got it and I knew he did. That kind of integrity is important to me. Makes me trust a business that is good to their employees. At the end the gentleman that took payment directed the traffic to stop and helped me pull out of the driveway. To me he went above and beyond. I was very happy and relieved when it was done. The people were very nice, efficient and quick. I hope to never have to go back with another tire issue, but if I do I will go here.

Really wonderful job! I went in for fix a leak, and was met with great customer service. They took care of my tire and left good as new in no time at all!

Stopped in for a $15 tire patch, left with $100 in wheel damage. All because they have one 16 y.o. clueless kid working and 3 adults standing around, smoking, and watching him struggle. He couldn’t even mount the wheel, I had to ask one of the more experienced guys to dismount the wheel and mount it back on so it sits flat without a wobble.
