My second visit to Brookwood for CV axle replacements. As before, Jonte welcomed me with a smile. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. Work was accomplished timely & economically. I recommend Brookwood, a veteran owned company.

I went to Brookwood this morning because of the oil change special there having everyone was so nice and friendly I was treated like a person not a number my 2004 Honda Odyssey is very happy as to well because my oil change was long overdue thank you Brookwood for how you're helping the community because they way things are so expensive I wouldn't been able to get my oil change

The automotive shop was very detailed in diagnosing problems with the vehicle. The front desk receptionist was very knowledgeable in explaining each of the needed repairs. They were able to get me in and out the same day

Truck headlights went out, dealership wanted the truck at the shop for few days just run the diagnostic and figure out why the headlights are not working….Brookwood Automotive figured it out in few minutes and got me back on the road in less than an hour! 💥 Burned out bulbs!! Easy fix when you go to a good old HONEST & RELIABLE mechanic. Thank you Brookwood peeps for getting me back on the road in no time.

We had an electrical issue and Brookwood Auto took care of it in a timely manner. The staff was really professional and kept us informed along the way. We will be back if we ever need repairs again. We highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Had my alternator replaced here, and 4 months later, it started going out again. Brought my car back to Brookwood Automotive, and the alternator was under warranty and replaced at no cost. Great friendly service. I'll continue coming back for all my services.

I bought a set of tires and wheels from Discount Tires. They were unable to do the alignment on my Ford F150 because they were unable to turn the tie rod so I went across the street to Brookwood automotive. I knew the previous owners that I’d try new owners and see what they could do, they had the right tools to turn the tie rod with no problem so then I went back to Discount Tires and had my alignment done. I wanted to thank all the people in Brookwood automotive help and talking to the technician at discount tire to tell him what tool they need to use

Went to get car checked and car broke down at the shop. (How convenient). Although sceptical about trusting anyone to repair my car, service was what I hadn't experienced in a long time. In addition to diagnosing and repairing car, a complimentary free oil change and signal lights replace, they communicated service to warranty company and me with such professionalism and tact. Received a discount on diagnosis as well. I've found my new trusted car repair place. Thanks again, Brookwood auto for going above and beyond. God bless, you were a God-send

I tried a new place to have my oil changed and it was great! Prices are pretty good as well. I will be going back to have my front brakes replaced upon their suggestion. I had the brakes replaced and they put a new bulb in my headlight. Awesome work!
