Been here several times for oil changes and never had any issues. Actually, everything seemed great. Fast forward to today when I took my car for an oil change like I'd done many times in the past. Only this time, I was foolish enough to ask JT how much it would be to replace spark plugs and if I needed them replaced at all. Without telling me anything else, he had already removed my plug and was showing me a brown mark on one telling me this was proof they were completely dead. I don't know anything about spark plugs, so I took his word for it. I didn't think anything of it because I'd been there several times as I mentioned. He quoted me a price of 350$ parts and labor. He didn't have the plugs however, so he told me he'd need to order them. During this time, I decided to call a couple other shops because this price seemed high to me. I called three shops all with 4.8 reviews or better. I was quoted 180$, 210$, and 230$ restrictively. At this time, I mentioned the rather large price difference to JT that I was quoted from other shops compared to what he had quoted me. This made him very angry. He began yelling and making a scene acting like a spoiled child who didn't get his way. He accused me of being a "scammer" and continued having a tantrum from then on. Exactly as another one star review describes, he basically kicked me out at this point continuing his angry fit. A loyal customer of about 5-6 years mind you. I took my car to the shop that quoted 180$ after I left the Brother's Shop. They checked my spark plugs and told me they actually didn't even need to be replaced. Not only was JT trying to rip me off and sell me something for an unfair price, he also tried replacing something that is working as it was intended. It seems JT pretends to be nice at first until he sees an opportunity where he can try cashing in his "kindness" for a larger pay off. I'm disappointed in the experience but happy I was smart enough to recognize a scam before falling victim to JT as I'm sure many others have and will. KR

I came in for an alternator yesterday and the mechanic did a wonderful job, he told me to bring in the car in the morning and had the part for me and told me to come back before he closed!! had my car up and running back on the road in a couple of hours! really good mechanic, reliable and good pricing!!

I tow my car to another shop before I towed to brothers auto repair they told me you need alternate for $700 I called jt he told it’s the battery tow to me and I will check it after we send the car to jt he told us it’s only battery the problem after two hr he call us to pick up I safe a lot of money with jt honest mechanic and professional service thanks I will recommend everyone to this shop

I came to this repair shop by a recommendation of a tow truck driver. I was given a very reasonable quote. It was the third shop I took my car to and their quote was almost 50% less than the first one I got elsewhere. I honestly felt like my uncle was the one who worked on my car. Super great people! Honest, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! As a retired certified auto mechanic myself I have that I found an honest reasonably priced place to bring my vehicles and more so a place I can send my friends or my girlfriend without the worry of her being taken advantage of as she had been several times while I was out of town, rats chewed a lot of wires and my dashboard was like Christmas tree JT he resolved many of problems they approached it quickly and efficiently thanks for getting us back on the road 🙏🙏🙏

This workshop and the mechanic are the best. They know their job really very well. They are very friendly and honest . They are not like some others who overcharge you and rip you off. I have been their customer for the last three years. Their service is really unmatchable. God bless them. We need more mechanics like them.

STAY AWAY I REPEAT STAY AWAY, I HAD A SIMPLE PROBLEM, A STRIPPED DRAIN PLUG, CHARGED ME $30 TO REPLACE A PLUG, AS HE WENT TO FILL MY RADIATOR WITH COOLANT, HE SPLASHED COOLANT AND WATER ALL OVER MY ENGINE, WHICH RESULTED IM MY FAN BELT BECOMING SLIPPERY AND FALLING OFF, ASKED IF HE COULD HELP PUT IT BACK ON DUE TO IT BEING HIS FAULT IT FELL OFF, HE REFUSED TO HELP ME, MADE ME BACK MY NOW CAR OUT OF HIS SHOP, AND TOLD ME HE COULDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP, So I STAYED IN FRONT OF HIS SHOP TRYING TO PUT ON MYSELF FOR 6 HOURS WHILE HE WAS STILL THERE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP JT IS VERY RUDE AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AS WELL

In short this place is amazing. One of my tires had been slowly losing air all week and I kept ignoring it and refilling it because I didn't have hours to spend at a mechanic. I called the day before and came in the next morning and they had repaired the hole in my tire in under 20 minutes! It was a relief to have the issue delt with quickly and for such a fair price!
