Whew, what a story… I hit something traveling east on I40 just before crossing the Mississippi River bridge into Tennessee late Saturday evening…no roadside assistance help from auto insurance or Hyundai blue link-everything is closed on Saturday night until Monday… google map found Brothers Mobile Tire Service and I’m forever grateful for their services! Dispatched driver had to patch 1 of my 2 flats, and I had to follow him to the shop to get another new tire mounted. Super busy lot and coolest dog Bosco roaming around, he got me fixed up and on the way… rear tire started losing air again on I40 so stopped in Germantown for the night after notifying Brothers once again. The owner himself came to my hotel and took care of the issue with no extra charge! I can’t say enough positive things about the whole experience-I hope I don’t have/need to use them again but they will be my first call should it happen again! Side note-not that it matters to me in the least, but I am a white female traveling solo and had no issues supporting a black owned and operated business! *** Hyundai hybrid Elantras DO NOT HAVE SPARE TIRES***

My first experience at this business was exceptional to say the least the entire staff went above and beyond to to let me know that they appreciated my business and we're very knowledgeable with my vehicle concerns I dodnt expect that it made me proud to be at a blk owned business with young intelligent men very professional and manorable I will most certainly be back and I've been spreading the word to everyone.Keep up the great work guys.
