Everything is going well with the Volvo, the vehicle is running great. Your technician and you did a wonderful service evaluation, reviewing, searching and repairing all the existing issues that were currently present within the system of the vehicle. Browncroft Garage is the only place I will take my vehicles. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. I am very OCD when it comes to maintenance and this team never misses a beat. The customer service is always top notch and the text updates are very convenient. Best shop in Rochester, hands down.

I have been taking my cars here, for year's. They are a very honest garage, and do quality work. Only place I feel safe taking my vehicles. Can't recommend enough!! they have the skills to work on any vehicle. including all of my cars ranging from a 85 Chrysler LeBron, 2006 scion xB, and ford flex 2010 and 2015. great great garage

They are super professional, timely, and communicative. I also like how they send all recs in a website so I can look and decide item by item with pictures included. Very useful

They were able to coordinate with Redline Transmission down the road to get my vehicle back on the road very quickly after a much needed transmission repair then some all around work. You can never tell how much work auction cars will need but Browncroft got it back on the road in no time. Will definitely be going back for regular maintenance on all my vehicles.

Every time I take a vehicle to Browncroft Garage it is a very positive experience. The way they show how much they care about their customers is amazing. From the moment you drop off, to the estimates they send electronically allowing me to review and authorize repairs, to the completion and pick up of the vehicle. These guys care about each and every vehicle and it shows!

I am a longtime customer and have been very pleased over all the years. Last visit I asked if they could repair a broken hatch latch, as it seemed to be a dealer type of repair. Yet they readily accepted and made quick work, removing interior panels to access the problem. I’m glad that they are there for our vehicle needs.

I don't know anyone who enjoys spending money on their vehicle. But the service here is very good. Similar experience to that of a dealership garage - photos and markups were offered via text after initial assessment. But only after a personal call to walk me thru the findings and what to expect in the workup. Clear information and expectations. Easy scheduling and easy drop off/pick up. Extra bonus to them because I live in the neighborhood and can easily hop on the public scooter system to speed my way down Atlantic from Winton. I would consider it slightly more expensive than average, but you're paying for good service and what seems yo be very honest results.

I love Browncroft garage!!! Probably the most ethical car shop I’ve ever been to. I went in for an oil change, and there were a couple of minor things that they reported on my car. I asked them for their advice, and they actually encouraged me to save my money for larger issues in the future rather than the small issues now. Such a refreshing change from my experience at other shops where I felt so taken advantage of. Will absolutely return to Browncroft.

The garage is very efficient and do a great job. I had to take my truck in because my ball joints were loosening up, my tires needed replacement, and the brakes needed work. And also had to be inspected. All was done on the same day for less then $2300. These people know what their vehicles (mine is a 210 Ford Escape Limited with 17" tires).

We had no heat in our vehicle. Replaced water pump, fan, thermostat, flushed, replaced radiator. Needed to know if core was blocked and could it be cleared. These guys did an excellent job of diagnostics of everything EXCEPT the issue we came in for. Their professional opinion was, "no heat in cabin-has had a lot of cooling system repairs recently.". "No heat coming from vents". (NO NEWS THERE!) "Recommend heater core flush to start with.". YEP! That was our thought. So why were we charged a diagnostic fee, to tell us, what we told you initially?

10/10 service!! Always nice to walk to your garage down the street but much nicer to be able to trust the mechanics working on your car. No surprise, rates are advertised and match your invoice, there is a very user-friendly website to check on your car during the day and the services that are required/should be done/can wait. I highly recommend!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Excellent communication. I also appreciate they maintain service records of my vehicles and send paperwork electronically (still will do paper too). I have two vehicles worked on at Browncroft Garage. The first time that I used them was to diagnose issues on wifes 2009 Lincoln mks that dealer was giving me the run around and not solving the problem. Thanks to Scott and the crew at browncroft garage they provided me with a honest assessment of what the problem was. They took me in right away with a appointment. There after my 2019 Silverado broke down around the 4th. Of July. It had to be towed and due to the holiday, i was told that it would probably have to the following week before they could look at. Will Scott and Dan along with other members looked and provided with step by step details on what they found wrong. They provided options and cost along with recommendations. Thank you all for professional service and looking forward to work with you again.
