Was in a crappy situation and needed my alternator replaced ASAP. Bob got me right in and was upfront about the cost. He couldn’t guarantee he could do it that day (understandable) but he’d try his best. He exceeded expectations and was able to pull it off. The pricing was fair and customer service top notch. I wish I knew about them sooner. Will be back when the need arises and for general maintenance. Thanks Bob and crew!

AAA towed my car here for a flat tire. Took a few days for the tire to come in and they replaced it promptly when it arrived. Good shop that I recommend.

Been going to Browncroft in/near ER for a year point five now and Bob and Joe have never, EVER disappointed! They are honest, fair, great people that I entrust my Buick with and enjoy seeing and interacting with. They have always told me what repairs I should do next with my car, and I have no problem recommending them to others.

Bob was a very reliable honest person. I took my Volkswagen in to be repaired/ get diagnosed. He informed me throughout the whole process. He let me know if he could do the repair with confidence. Thank you for all of your help! I sure will come back and recommend others here.

Had a tire blow out on my minivan. It’s a very old car that is hard to work on. They helped me in a very timely manner and were kind, courteous, and honest. I was nervous because it wasn’t my usual mechanic, and it was AAA recommended, however I will go back after this experience :)

I brought my truck in for tires to be put on and an inspection. They got the initial inspection and tires done but told me some reason why I cannt pass the inspection. I asked them to fix the light then waited 2 hours till I decided to go see what was going on. The guy working on my truck said sorry I was running errands.

I got a flat tire in Victor and chose this service center to have AAA tow my car to since I live nearby. Even though they were not expecting me, they were very helpful, and Bob even remembered me from a previous visit with a different vehicle. While working on my car, Bob communicated with me before doing anything and got my car back to me quicker than I had been prepared for. They were very easy to work with, affordable, and capable, I will continue to go to Browncroft Service Center and will encourage my friends & family to go there as well.

Bob and his team are very professional and are willing to work with your schedule to make sure your vehicle is serviced in a timely matter. Browncroft garage is an old school repair center. The kind of place you’re always looking for and can hardly ever find. This is the place you want to get your car fixed. I’ve been looking for a new mechanic for a couple of years and I’ve had to take my car to dealers and other people for repairs in the interim. Pretty much all bad experiences. Browncroft garage is my new mechanic. These guys you can trust.

Due to being previously ripped off at another local garage, I switched to Browncroft Service Center a couple of years ago. I am very pleased with the service and I really like the owner, Bob. He is a great person to work with and I trust him. The trust part is of the ultimate importance. For anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service, I recommend Browncroft Service Center without hesitation. The only other person I would trust as much is my father, so that puts Bob and his business at a pretty high level. BCS will be my go-to auto service provider for years to come.

I had my stick-shift Hyundai Elantra repaired here last week. Another mechanic had tried to repair it but misdiagnosed the problem. Robert took on the challenge and figured out the problem (burned-out clutch) right away. I appreciated that he was completely honest about how long it would likely take to get the parts, so that I could plan alternative transportation. He repaired it for a fair price, and was able to refurbish the flywheel (an expensive part) rather than replacing it. Even though he was having a busy week, he kept me informed the whole time and even repaired it ahead of his estimated time frame. I also appreciated that he let me know what my teenage driver may have done to the clutch to cause the problem! :) I will definitely be coming to Browncroft Service Center for my repairs from now on -- I highly recommend them!

I'm a 43 yr old single Mom of 2. I'm on a budget and I'm saving for a house so money is tight! To say I'd rather get a tooth pulled then bring my car to the shop is an understatement! UNTIL I found BOB UCCI at Browncroft Service Center!!! I honestly can't say enough great things about Bob, he even took me into show me what was wrong with my car, so I felt comfortable and not at all taken advantage of. I first checked them out in 2018 because I had a $10 OFF coupon for my car to get inspected, cool right!? So now it's 2019 time for another inspection..... I came right back to Bob and his team to find again they were exceptional!!!! They are honest, reliable and very reasonably priced!!! I'd HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Sure

Our family has been having our autos serviced at Browncroft Service Center for about 15 years now. The owner Bob is a great guy to conduct business with. Bob and his staff are very knowledgeable on all makes and models. Bob and his staff have serviced Lexus, Cadillac, Nissan, Mazda, Chevrolet, Suzuki and GMC truck for us, they know what they are doing. Complete Con Shop. I took a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 in for inspection, they charged me $120 (60 part/60 labor) for a sway bar link that has 2 bolts and the part is $20 from Mopar and another $100 to "diagnose emergency brake" claiming it took them an hour to apparently look under the truck and see that it was rusted shut. $10.99 inspection = 250 repair bill? Not worth it took it to another shop they would do the sway bar link for free just cost of the part and told me straight up the emergency brake was rusted no "diagnose fee".

We have been customers for over 10 years. Very honest and reasonable service. Bob goes above and beyond to make sure you only repair what is absolutely necessary. He takes the time to let you know what can wait for repair but will be necessary at a later date to allow you to budget appropriately. The service is top of the line we would never go anywhere else.

Have been going to Bob for our repairs for over 25 years (Yikes! time flies) for a variety of cars. Always on time, prices better than our dealer. He lets us know what needs to be done, and what can be done later. I have complete trust in him, if he says it needs to be done, my only question is when will it be ready. Have recommended him to family and friends.
