I came in this morning for a quick alignment after having some sterring issues. I called ahead when I left the house and was promptly met by a technician, J Garret, in the front. The service was done efficiently and the cost was 1/2 what you'll be charged at Sun Auto. The techs and front desk were friendly and professional, and I was on my way in <30 minutes. I’ll be back for future work.

Very professional and honest. They fixed my transmission very quickly and economically. They could have very easily fooled me into thinking I needed a rebuild but it ended up only being a sensor. Still not cheap but well worth it. Dale Ray, Conroe, TX

Through recommendation, I used Brown’s Auto Repair and Transmissions and the diagnostic team seemed to go straight to the problem and discussed process and gave me a quote on the spot and honored it to the end. Discussed warranty and were expedient through the process. I’d recommend them and will use them for future services.

Came in with a failing transmission. The guys tested it and let me know in easy to understand language on what was wrong and needed to be fixed. They did a full transmission rebuild on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They went through every piece thoroughly and although it gave them some issues they figured out what they were, took great care and patience to make the repair right and it is performing like a new truck now. Unlike other places they completely take it apart and go through and clean everything thoroughly on a rebuild. I highly recommend Browns and if you have transmission needs these guys are at the top of the heap. If you go somewhere else they are probably going to send it to Brown’s to do the Transmission. I’ll definitely be going back for other maintenance needs! Great Customer service and friendly employees!

Customer Service is by far the best I’ve ever had. Called because I needed a battery. They were waiting for me and took my vehicle back and was out of there in about 15 minutes. Tyler was awesome and the gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) that changed out the battery was quick and had me on my way in no time. I’ll be back.

I brought in my older town car today to get some diagnostic done. It was my first time in. They were friendly and professional. They immediately took my vehicle back even though they were clearly busy to get started. Came back with a clear issue and fair price. Did not try to tack on unnecessary repairs. I will be going back for future repairs
