Had a very challenging electrical problem that took much longer than the 1 hour diagnostic fee charge. The weren’t 100 percent sure that the problem was addressed so only charged me the diagnostic fee. Turned out they fixed the problem! Honest people, great work. I would have given 5 stars even if the problem wasn’t fixed, purely based on the honesty and communication that took place while vehicle was at the shop.

Highly recommend!!! I chose the Los Ranchos location for the inspection and repairs on my daughter's first car; a “new to her” used 2013 Fiat. The shop staff was professional and courteous, they patiently answered all my questions (I had a ton). The crew at Brown's did an amazing job! The Customer Service was incredible. The repairs on the car ended up being more extensive than I had anticipated but Brown’s worked with my budget and did the most important ones related to safety to get my kid on the road. They deferred the other less essential stuff for next month. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me on things we didn’t need. After the inspection, before the work commenced I received pictures of our car via an internet link; the inspection was beyond comprehensive. Brown's sent picture results on everything from a burned out break light to the engine gaskets, torn CB boot on the axel and vacuum pump which were in need of replacement. The report included the stuff they checked which passed inspection plus videos that explained why the repairs suggested were important; great for those of us who are not in the know. Needless to say, I am beyond impressed! Finding a great mechanic shop is not easy and I was bummed when my old guy told me he didn’t work on Fiat's. However, I am happy as can be that I went to Brown’s! I’ll never go anywhere else again. They made a customer for life. I’d give 10 stars if it was an option! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding highly professional garage was immaculate people friendly and helpful. Have found my neighborhood garage. They fixed a problem Chevy misdiagnosed. These guys are absolutely amazing. No one else will ever touch my car. I have sent a friend of my daughter in law to them and she was ecstatic with their work. And the personnel are so polite and friendly

I very rarely give reviews but my experience at Brown's Automotive Experts was exceptional. I'm actually from Utah came down to Albuquerque for business. Finally had time to service my car. Chris was excellent, great customer service. Did a full inspection of my car (even my spare tire). Sent me the full inspection report including pictures. Gave me the estimate and the time it would be ready. I was told by another service shop that I had other problems with my car. But Chris told me that wasn't true. The service was excellent 👌 and on time. I found them to be friendly, very professional and above all honest. I highly recommend them for your automotive service needs.Job well done!!

Well, mechanic did good job, but, I noticed that the back seat is not put in right and my mat was oily from their shoes and I have to clean it up! I am not too happy about this.

I have been using Browns for the past 5 years and I have always been pleased. I have a few older vehicles (honda and chevy) that Browns has really unlocked their potential and kept them feeling safe and like new. I take a cross country trip every fall and I trust my 15 year old car to handle it without issues, just like it has the previous 4 years since people like Chris have helped keep my rides tip top at a good value. Peace of mind is priceless!

They are reasonably priced and do a wonderful job. I like the extra time they spend checking the entire vehicle and making sure it's running correctly. That gave me peace of mind knowing that my car is running great. I can trust them as a female and not worry about being taken advantage of!
