These guys were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating was able to get in and get my truck looked at. They explained to me what I needed and what was wrong and even took the liberty to show me on my vehicle gave me a price upfront and were able to be efficient in and out total front and brake job Only put me about an hour and a half 100% would recommend these guys again could not thank them enough for doing their jobs above and beyond, couldn’t be happier

I've been buying my tires from Gills Point S Tire for well over a decade.. I purchased several sets of tires and had a major from in work done.. As always Gills people are always polite and always work hard to get done when I need done. Quality of the work is always fabulous!!! Thanks you guys are great.. I'd recommend you to anyone

They were able to work me in their busy schedule and was timely and I was out of there before the end of the business day I highly recommend Browns points. Also they noticed that my oil filter was pumping oil out of it and was loose so they replaced it with a new oil filter and changed oil without additional cost and it was outstanding service JA.

Updated July 2024- I have been coming here for years and I love this place! I go for routine maintenance and have also gotten mechanical work done over the years. Recently my AC quit working so I brought my Nissan in. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Tyler. He did a great job speaking on behalf of the mechanic to let me know what was going on and what my options were. I elected to have everything replaced that needed done (one of the parts was wearing down and would need to be done at some point in the near future). Thank you guys!! Kelly is no longer at this location unfortunately, he is at the Milwaukie store. But I always have a pleasant experience with Stuart, and Tyler is awesome! I do not really know Sean yet. And special shout out to the mechanic who fixed my AC and other broken pieces, I believe your name is Brian. I definitely recommend this shop! :) Original review from 2018- Love the manager, Kelly and his great staff!

I’ve gone this shop probably over 10 times in the last three years and I always get the best top of Line Service whether it’s a screw in my tire or oil change or new battery! This is a local family business that has been at that location in the business for nearly I think over 50 years and there are really good salt of the Earth people! Not only do they provide high-quality service, but they also don’t overcharge and get very fair pricing for all of their services and especially their! They always help struggling people and do their best to be involved in the community by sponsoring various sports teams! I also really love the transparency, chill vibe yet professional atmosphere and their willingness to do everything they can to fit you in, as soon as possible! As a woman, I also feel truly respected and they don’t try to play some weird games and do double talk and dismiss me or treat me like I don’t know anything about mechanical repairs, even though, I don’t know very much about cars however, I always feel like I get a bit of education, but in a non-condescending way when I leave there! I know right drivers go and get their vehicles inspected there and if there are problems, they will work with you to get them done that works with your budget! For some reason, whenever drive over unfinished/unpaved roads, I often end up with a screw or nail in my tire and Kelly has repaired them all three times at no cost, which is excellent and then I just go and order them their favorite pizza down at Vinny’s! I recently needed new tires and I whole whole bunch of mechanical work so I ended up going down to work Kelly the owner is now working down in Milwaukee and once again I had a wonderful and very satisfactory experience and I always feel like my cars are being well taken care of by Kelly and the Browns family in general! I’ve grown to deeply respect Kelly and Brian and if you’re in need of a no nonsense mechanic and or new tires- I highly recommend visiting or calling this shop! *Stu or Brian are now my contact persons at this location now that Kelly is now running their other location down in Milwaukee- Olson Bros Point S!
