Gave me very bald used tires. Went back and had my grandpa pick out better tires. My tire pressure light has come on twice since I went back and got different tires 2 weeks ago. Yes I understand they are used but this is just my opinion. There is a guy there that details head lights and he did a wonderful job and was very kind.

I had bought a used tire from them.And then when they put my legnets back on my car, someone from there had rounded out my luck, nuts and now I cannot get my lucky nuts off of my car.They all because I went there and they didn't put my log nuts back on my car.

We’ve never had an issue in the years that we’ve been going aside from lower quality tires but never any negligence like what’s apparently acceptable now. Not sure if management has changed or not but the work definitely has. We brought our car in yesterday to get the two front tires replaced. They aired up the tires (not evenly or what the psi is supposed to be but still aired them up) and we get it home. I go to the car not even 2 hours later and one of the tires they put on is at 27psi. There’s obviously an issue. So we go back. I explain my issue and get told to pull into stall two where I’m met by two men that I can pick out if need be. I explain the issue in detail and restate that these are the tires we just got from them and somethings wrong. I specifically say to check for slow leaks, nails, literally anything. I told that to the lady behind the desk and to the two techs “working” on the tires and also told them i needed to leave after they were done to Oklahoma so I was very worried about the Situation. They start “working” and I go inside. Not even 6 minutes later they come in and don’t even look me in the face and say “it’s done” and I reiterated “ you checked for slow leaks and nails and everything and didn’t find anything so the tire is 110% good?” He said “yeah” and didnt even say bye or anything and I leave. The air is once again not where it should be or even at all but it’s better than 27psi. I’m all packed and go to leave an hour later and it’s at 15psi. Naturally they had just closed only a couple minutes prior so nobody answered when we called and they have no voicemail box. So we air up the tire a few times and make it to Oklahoma safely. On our way back we had to stop about 10 times to air up in two hours. We take it to Midas today like we’ll be doing from now on and they pull it off and immediately found a nail. Browns techs didn’t inspect ANYTHING or they’d have immediately found the issue. This was severe negligence and deceit, we’ve been loyal and PROUD customers for years always recommending this place. After seeing that this type of “work” is acceptable there we will not ever be returning after we get our money back. We are incredibly disappointed. This was a huge safety issue that could’ve been completely avoided had they taken a moment to do what they were supposed to do. Update: still havent reached out to us yet lol

My husband and I have been going to Brown's Tires for many years. They have always taken care of us and our tire needs and are affordable. They recently had made a mistake on my car which caused some damage. The owner took care of the issue right away and followed up with his promise to fix the damage that occured. My car was in good hands and it was fixed in a timely manner. Not all businesses are perfect and accidents happen. This will not stop me from going back to Brown's for my tire needs. We are not a one and done type customer. We will remain loyal to them, as they have proven to remain loyal and follow up with their promise. People make mistakes and deserve a 2nd chance. The owner of the company is a really cool laid back guy. This review isn't meant to run anyone off, it's to let you know that there are companies that will take care of you and not shrug your problems off. They're good small business owners. Thank you, Browns!!

I git 4 good used trailer tires for a good price. They were very professional and fast at installation. Will always be my go to for good quality used tires.

Do NOT recommend this place. Not only did they NOT balance my tires so my vehicle shook violently but also when I left they forgot to put on some of my lug nuts and did not tighten the rest of my lug nuts. When I went back to correct this the owner tried to make me feel like an idiot and said "that is the first thing I teach my guys" and then proceeded to tell the guys to "grab the gun used to make sure it was a one time thing" and "not an issue with the gun." And proceeded to tighten all my lug nuts but again said they never left them loose in the first place. Then my fiance had 6 tires mounted there and they mounted 2 of the tires BACKWARDS making the tread rotate the wrong direction. Thankfully he caught it before placing them on our truck. Brown's used to be good but now they are making huge mistakes that could cost someone their life.

Shout out to browns! Best used tires /tire repair in town. They attempted to plug a hole and in the process found 2 more holes and the holes didn't plug, with recently moving money is tight and they worked me a deal on a tire to get me safely back on the road. Quick easy fix, efficient, great customer service and the most honorable tire place I been to yet!

Yesterday I went in to fix one of my tires that had a leak in it. So I took it in, let them work on it, and then I paid the bill and left. Thought that was the end of it, but no! When I went to go to work that evening I saw that the tire that they supposedly worked on had GONE FLAT! Sixteen dollars for what!?

Today my wife called me in tears, she’s 80 miles from home and has a flat. Call AAA who never showed up, but our Kansas Highway Patrol stopped, put her spare on and got her going again…of course on a limited travel spare 😕. Driving an Q7 Audi, so not a normal size…trying to find one yielded a quote of $350 per tire 😱. I called Browns, they had two used tires with decent tread. She was impressed with how nice everyone was and how fast she was on her way to a funeral in Oklahoma. I can’t say how appreciative I am for them saving the day!
