By far the easiest and best service I’ve received from a tire place. They weren’t trying to upsell me, I got a flat the other day and had roadside assistance put my spare donut on. They took that off in seconds and had it placed in my trunk before I realized they were wheeling out my old tire that just needed a patch. They got that done in probably 10 minutes and I was up and running under 20 minutes from rolling onto their shop! Amazing, they even topped up my tires with air and told me all their pricing so when I come back I can be prepared with some cash! Definitely recommend bringing cash, it’s easier on both parties! They also put my hub cap back on too, and I had custom tire pressure caps that I took off when the tire got traded out for a donut. They went ahead and put on a regular one for me and switched it out when I gave them my custom one! Highly recommend this place!

Genuinely one of the best tire service experiences I’ve ever had. I got a flat on my way into work and after I had the spare on I drove myself straight to Browns to see if I would be able to get the fairly new tire repaired or if it would need to be replaced. They looked at it said yep we can repair this and took it back and got it done. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they pulled this giant piece of metal out of my tire! It was well worth the price, that was honestly much less than I was anticipating. The workers were kind and efficient. I highly recommend, and I will DEFINITELY be returning in the future if I need tire work. #shopsmall #shoplocal

I would advice not anybody to go this place, I called them and they told to send me towing, I was two miles away. They haven’t show up for 3 hours waiting i called them twice finaly the guy said i am not comming while i lost 3 hours waiting and when asked why he disconnected the phone, not professional. I had bad experience not a good people to deal with

Helpful. Patient. Always have good selection and good choices. They can get from their other location not far away if they don't have it here. Always great service! And now they have a shop next door that does brakes, alignment, oil change, etc!

Got me in on short notice and they saved me $900 in parts and labor I thought I needed but didn’t. That says a lot about a place and crew to look out for me like that and get my car driving better than when I got it. They got my business for life after that. I will never go anywhere else besides here.

So I started at Brown's on Harrisburg Pike and they deserve a 5 ⭐ review. Although the info I received on the website was not correct they still patched my tire and sent me to their other location in Trabue to get a new tire at a discounted rate. I was thrilled! However when I got there, they tried to pull a fast one on me. After charging my card, one of the employees did not even change my tire and tried to send me on my way. I told them I needed my tire back because I did not have a spare. They acted like they didn't know what happened to my tire, it wasn't until I got upset that the gentleman who charged my card apologized and THEN changed my tire.

I was in desperate need of new tires. A friend recommended Brown's Tire. So glad I went. They were HONEST, friendly, and FAST! They accepted me without an appointment. I was in/out within a hour. The techs were knowledgeable and led me in the right direction. The price was amazing! Best pricing I've seen, and I did alot of shopping around. Thank you Browns tire for your all around service. I would like to give a big shout out to browns tires on Harrisburg pike. They were awesome my tire was flat and I was able to have my husband put just enough air in it to make it to them. You could hear the air coming out of it. The looked at my tire to see if they could plug it but where the hole was they were unable to. But they had a new tire with almost the same tread design for a good price. They got it done and had me back on the road in less then 15 minutes. I will definitely refer them to anyone they did an awesome job and they were very friendly thank you again for fixing my tire and having me back out on the road i really appreciate it.

Came for a used tire last week. They didnt have what I needed. I left name and number and was told I would get a call. I waited nearly a week. I called today and was told they had my tire. Quoted 60 bucks. Drove all the way to the store and they didnt have my tire . I waited almost 2 hours. They had to go to the other store for the tire I was told was there. Guys are running ragged trying to fix everybodys tires. They tried to say the tire was 75. I reminded them of the quote I got on the phone prior to driving all the way here. Finally got my tire fixed and paid 60. Sad I feel like I need to bring a man with me to get good service.

Lonnie from Browns Tirea responded quickly when I called and said I have a flat tire on the highway. he guided me through driving somewhere safe to change the tire for when he got there. Not only was he very quick to put on my spare tire, but was able to fit me in right away to replace the tire. Thank you everyone at Browns Tires for your kindness and help during rush hour traffic I am forever grateful!
