Came in for an impromptu tie wrap job to fix a loose plastic panel underneath my rental car, left after 15 minutes with a legit fix for 30$.

If you have a choice to go somewhere else I HIGHLY recommend doing so. Unless you like being treated with disrespect. I had to wait for Carlos to finish a haircut. After his haircut knowing that I’m waiting decided to have a conversation to prove he does not care that I am waiting and he will help me when he decides to do so. When choosing a mechanic the number one concern is trust. I would not trust this business after dealing with Carlos.

Exceptional and fast service. Gave them a quick call to see if they can patch my tire. They said to come on in. 15 minutes later I was there. 10 minutes later I have a fixed tire. Mario and Tony were professional and quick. They also do bigger engine repairs but great for quick service too.

I've been taking my Mercedes and Mini Cooper to Carlos at B&S for a few years now. They are a top-notch team at the shop and do the repairs needed at an affordable price. They are honest and friendly and won't rip you off on fake repairs.

It can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Carlos and his team are top notch. I took my 2003 Sequoia with almost 200k miles on it to B&S for years – oil changes, tune ups, mechanical issues, new breaks, etc. – and Carlos and his team always took great care of me. I drove that Sequoia halfway across the country 3 times in 3 years and I never worried anything would go wrong. Carlos is upfront about work that could be done versus work that needs to be done, something I found very comforting. And he won’t try to push you to do anything. The one downside is that, unfortunately, it seems that a lot of people know how good this place is because it’s often quite busy… but if you show up when they open or shortly thereafter, they can usually take care of you same day.

Drove my 20 year old Honda 2,000 miles to LA. Started to overheat on the way. Knew it wasn’t good but needed diagnostic help quickly. Called MANY places that were just too busy! Talked to John, said to bring it in first thing in the morning. Got us out by noon as we had to meet a moving in deadline for college. Not good news!! But that was expected. Gave us advice to keep it running until it can be replaced. So important to find a good mechanic when you are new in town!! Found Community Auto through AAA-always good to have! Thanks, Community Auto!

Went for an oil change, these guys found a huge leak from previous shop not installing a gasket correctly, they fixed it no fuss no extra charge. Great mechanics

BS Service Station is a proper name for a place that just got a bad review over $25. First I paid $25 for a brake light (overpriced but was in a rush). In which they replaced the running light which was working fine. When I returned the next day to say hey my brake light still isn’t working you replaced the wrong bulb, they didn’t have the bulb in stock and wouldn’t refund my money. Left my number for the manager that never called me. Not to be trusted with any kind of mechanical service to your vehicle if they can’t get a bulb right or refund you when they mess up. Steer Clear.

Was in an emergency battery situation and Bakshi was the kindest in helping me out. Offered to have a driver come with a battery to my house down the street to help me with my car. Ended up just needing a jump, but Bakshi told me to bring it regardless for a checkup & definitely needed a battery replacement, which they took care of in 30 minutes along with air in my tires! Very rare to come across hospitality like this in this town.

Excellent service all around. I have been hopping around to different mechanics and FINALLY found one that meets all my expectations. I highly recommend their service, in addition that the owner Carlos will be involved from start to finish ensuring the customer satisfaction.
