Bashar went out of his way to help me when I overheated down the street from his shop and offered some hose, water and some clamps. As a former mechanic this guy knew his business and his shop inside showed it. Busy at work and still helps a person in need and would take no money--that is the type person you know will do you right.

My VW Passat had some issues and I was quoted an outrageous prices by other shops not to mention the astronomical numbers I got from the dealer. I came across BT automotive and took the vehicle there. Immediately, Bashar started working on it, diagnosed the issues and quoted me a really unbeatable price. Car was done and ready to go in one day! He saved me a ton of money and time. Hands down he is the best mechanic in San Antonio. I highly recommend him
