Caden was excellent to deal with! Was passing thru ST. George from California, headed to Florida and had an alignment issue on my dodge 2500 my biggest problem was that I was towing a fully loaded 28' enclosed trailer. (12k LBS) and I can feel my steering wheel wonder down the mountain! He got me in on Halloween and had me out the door within 2 hours!! Turned out my steering stabilizer nut was loose causing play in my steering wheel and throwing off my alignment. Was back on the road in no time!

Very happy with the service we’ve received buying tires here, Kaydo is the man, super helpful and insightful, takes the time to answer questions and find the best solution, even went out of his way to help out when we were out of state and got a screw in one of the new tires we had just bought from them, called him up and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, cannot recommend highly enough

I brought my car to Discount Tire first and they wouldn’t even look at the tire that was leaking air unless i bought 4 brand new tires. I called BT Pearson and they answered quickly and told me they could help me right away. I went there and they took a look at the tire immediately, fixed it, let me know what the problem is and they didn’t try to sell me anything. Big shout out to David who was super nice and helpful. They also didn’t even charge us for the repair. AMAZING service and I highly recommend!

The team at BT Pearson were so kind and willing to talk me through everything that I needed to know, they helped answer any questions I had and they were quick and affordable. I have been to several shop that say one thing and then do another or they try and take advantage of those with less knowledge but at BT Pearson I knew that while it was in the shop and even after I got it back that their only goal is to help their customers and get your car back in good shape and I am so thankful they were able to work with my vehicle and help me out it runs GREAT!

Do not come to these guys at all! I brought my car in for an alignment. They told me everything needed to be replaced shocks and struts, wheel bearings, control arms, stabilizer, inner tie rod ends total - $3400. I ended up taking it to another mechanic and they laughed and said the only issue is that your strut Gromit Is worn out and loose and causing issues. They went ahead and replaced the front struts and did an alignment and now everything is fine and they charged me $187. Be careful of shops nowadays all they wanna do is take your money. This shop is lucky I’m not blasting them on social media. Always get a second opinion.

Stopped in for tire rotation and was able to get an oil change while i was there ,saved me from another appointment at another shop. Customer service was fantastic !

Having watched them order two $22.00 CV boots from Napa for my vehicle only to charge me $150 for those boots is bad business in my opinion. I think a 100% parts markup is tolerable. Beyond that, I feel like they are ripping people off.

I am so happy I found this shop. I had priced a few other places and gotten generic advice for which tires to buy, but this shop got me dialed in. Kylee at the front desk knew all the right questions to ask, and knew all of their tire options so well that she got me a set that made perfect sense for what I need. She was a pro. And they fit my truck in a busy schedule the next day. Truly awesome working with Kylee and BT Pearson.

Brad and his team are amazing. On a holiday weekend 3 hours from home of course my check engine light comes on. After contacting 3 other shops that were either rude or said no cause they wanted to leave early for the holiday. BT got me in took care of the problem were super cool and even though they stayed late took great care of me with a smile. There guys are aweseom.

Had an appointment for an alignment. Had to wait 45min before they could see me. After finally getting my car they said they couldn't do the alignment and I needed new ball joints and wheel bearings. Quoted me $2000 to do the work and decided not to do it. Ended up canceling my trip. After getting the car home and checking the components myself everything was rock solid. Glad I didn't end up replacing perfectly good parts. Never been straight lied to my face from a shop like that before. Pass on these guys...

I just went it for a tire rotation and a few other things done to my car. The boss man was very helpful and kind. He was amazing at explaining things to me and made sure everything was done in good time. I will continue using BT Pearson for all my car maintenance. Thank you for the great service!

I started taking my car here for services about a year ago and love this place! All the workers are so nice, treat my car (and me) so good, and their prices are so good! David took care of my oil change today and my experience was awesome! I’ve come here flat tires and other random car problems, too. ❤️

David and mike are very knowledgeable people and really take care of there customers and have always went above and beyond expectations. David is a great mechanic, David also takes care of his customers as well as everyone else over at bt pearson. I HIGHLY RECOMEND. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SHOP, AND SERVICE.

David at the red hills parkway location is absolutely amazing. Did an alignment on my truck after I did front end work in a timely manner. We had a few issues after with a few things and he didn’t hesitate to assist in fixing it! Highly recommend coming here. Will most definitely be coming back time and time again for any of my mechanical needs.

I went in because my brakes were making an awful noise and I figured I needed to replace the brake pads. After sitting around for a while I was told they were charging me over $500 to replace my brakes and one rotor. I was shocked, I’ve never paid that much for brakes and rotor replacement, but trusted the mechanics even though they seemed sketchy. They said it’d take an extra half hour to order parts. I figured I had some time so I immediately called my dad when I left who told me the price was outrageous, and said I should tell them to hold off. I called them back within a few minutes of walking out, and they said they’d already started on the car and they’d have to take it apart. Later they called again and told me they were charging me $70 for the 30 minutes it took their mechanics to take apart the brakes and put them together again, then hung up on me. I went to pick up my car with my boyfriend, who asked why it would cost so much and they gave bogus answers. I had looked into how much it would cost at other shops and even if I’d gone to the dealership, it should’ve been cheaper. I ended up buying the parts and replacing the brakes and motor myself easily, and even with paying their $70 service charge I still paid less than half of what they wanted to charge me. I’m sure the owners are great but the mechanics who “worked on” my car didn’t seem to have the ability to communicate with me properly about my concerns.

Very disappointed with this place. Took my truck in to have some new tire sensors installed, a steering box brace installed, and an alignment done. Well I get the truck back and the freshly painted wheels were scratched and gouged extremely bad from the tire machine. Luckily, they did pay to have them painted again which I did appreciate. They also struggled bad to align my truck correctly but they did the “best they could” and said they couldn’t align it properly because that’s just how these types of trucks are which I thought was quite odd. Few months later (today) I was under the truck doing some other things and noticed one of the 4 bolts that was holding my steering box brace on was completely sheared off. Head was snapped clean off from over-tightening. I was not made aware of the situation which is extremely disrespectful and very irritating. Wish I would’ve seen it earlier. I now need to find someone to drill what’s left of the old bolt out and get a new one put in. Anyways, I would not have made this review if I hadn’t found out about this sheared bolt stuck in my subframe. This definitely pushed it over the edge for me, I could live with the other issues but this is pretty low and shady. I really don’t want to bash this company I’m sure there are good, knowledgeable employees at different locations but be cautious having them work on your car.
