I called them around 10am to have my car towed. By 2:30pm the same day they had serviced my vehicle and replaced the starter. Prompt quality service with clear communication. Will use again in the future

I had a really great experience with Bob and his team! They were able to change the oil and rotate my tires. They also attached my front license plate! They also have a great attention to deal and fair prices!! I really appreciated how they washed and vacuumed the car before I got it back!! Thanks!

Simply the best in Omaha! The most honest, consistent and professional place to take your vehicle in Omaha. One of the few places you can go to where you will recognize the faces from previous visits, which is a major credit to management and the staff. Integrity is what this place represents. In this day and age, more appreciative when you encounter true professionalism.

Excellent service, as always. I appreciate that they communicate all possible issues, but also help prioritize which are critical so I can decide what to fix immediately versus in the future. Lots of shops in town would tell you that you need to do it all just to increase their revenue. I trust them and frequently refer friends to them.

I blew out my front tire on my car going down dodge st not too far from Buchanan’s shop, pulled in with completely flat tire- much to my surprise an attendant came right out and offered to get my car in and fixed- no wait , had a replacement tire there at garage. They got me in and out in 45 minutes at a reasonable price. Good service still exists out there- thanks Buchanan’s!

I went in because my brakes were squeaking quite often and I wanted it stopped. The mechanic caljed to tell me I had over 50% brake pads all around and there was no issue. I told him to change out the front brake pads anyway. That is service! They didn't take advantage of me! Thank you!!!

Top notch! They were thorough, prompt, and the oil change was done as well as he caught a possible repair which he quoted. This place has been a favorite place of our family for over 50 years and the new owner is exemplary.

I've been using Buchanan's for several years now and I feel like I can always trust them to take care of my car and NOT rip me off like other repair shops. They have even talked me out of repairs they thought were unnecessary. Who does that?!? Well, these guys do.

Buchanan's was recommended to me by another business that services cars, not a mechanic. They were wonderful flushed the radiator installed a battery well below other places and washed the car also in just a few hours, They Were Great, the owner is also very nice, l would use them again and further recommend them.

I was told by another shop that my air conditioning needed a new compressor. I was also told the cost for this would be $1000. Mike took a look, did some research, and concluded that it just needed a Freon charge. Saved me so much money and was super knowledgeable about his trade. so thankful for his honesty and superior service.
