Air conditioner was on the fritz -- blowing hot air! Karl was able to slip my car in and, after replacing a leaky condenser, got the cold air flowing again. Great service, great people, and fair prices! That's why I've been going there for service and gas since the early 1990s!

So nice to find an HONEST mechanic! We won’t take our vehicles to the dealership anymore. Karl got our vehicle in and out for an oil change without an appointment, and called first to ask if it would be ok to replace the air filter, all at a fair price. We trust all the mechanics at Buchanan’s whether it’s for routine service or diagnostics and repair. Highly recommend pulling up to their full service pumps when you’re getting gas if you have the time, they do a fantastic job.

From out of town and it was a Saturday morning so most places were closed until Monday. Got it pulled in and thankfully a really simple repair (loose hose, but hard to get at). Can’t say how much I appreciate their service.

Always great service and professionalism from Karl, Steve, Kyle, Ryan, Alex and the rest of the staff. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for whatever the need might be. Been doing business with them for over 25 years with many vehicles.

Buchanan's service center was great. If they can get you in and out same day they will. Barring complications and depending how busy they are. I highly recommend. Good job guys.

Pulled in next to gas pumps because there was an extremely severe thunderstorm and I was having difficulty seeing where I was driving. A very scared young mother with kids in her car are next to me. Employee from the gas station told us to move if we weren’t getting gas because other people were trying to get gas. I don’t think anyone was stopping to get fuel during a storm with 70 mph winds, not to mention there were other pumps open. The employee was just being mean spirited — I always thought you were supposed to be kind during times of crisis. I won’t be using any of there services any longer. Too bad because I always try to support small businesses.

Simply exceptional for a gas station. Borderline, honest - a major win for customers! They have done work on all our vehicles, and we have zero complaints. Always chat with you, if they are concerned about more work. The chat with my kids if its their car. Bonus time, they are generally opened till 11pm for repair. Just love the place.

I came in at 7 am for brake pads replacement and a new rotor. My car was ready by 1 pm and they washed and cleaned the inside of my car. Service was top notch. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place. I really appreciate their work. Great job!

Took my car in today for a clicking noise I heard near my transmission. Turns out it was some loose plastic that was causing the noise. They tied it down, washed my car up, and refused to take my money when I tried to pay at the end.

Car needed a starter. Buchanan ‘s was open til 11pm(which is unheard of). They replaced the starter in a timely manner, priced reasonably. Overall, thoroughly impressed. They did a great job.

Buchanan’s is a gem of Omaha. The technicians are always honest and forthright. I was able to the most cost effective repair on all my tires when I knew all my options. I have been using Buchanan’s for over a decade and I’m always surprised at the much lower prices and faster service than anywhere in town. I sincerely hope they never close.

I arranged to get my oil changed at the end of a day so I could wait for it rather than drop off my car and have to arrange for a ride. I brought the car in at 5 pm, the staff worked on my car, washed it and returned it to me about 5:40. I was able to sit on a chair in the station while waiting. This works well for me and I appreciate being able to prearrange it and wait while they work.

Needed an oil change fast. They called me when they were about done and noticed my plates were in the dash and asked if I wanted them put on. Then they vacuumed my car and when we needed to get to the sitter, printed off a ticket for a car wash they’d been about to do! All being super nice and professional.
