I had a wonderful experience at this company today! I came in for my vehicle inspection and everyone was very kind, welcoming and friendly. The job was done quickly and well. The owner, David was particularly nice and easy to talk to. This is a family owned business and I like to support local community.

I am 100+% positive this happened at your shop.  I purposely sent this review of what happened ~1.5yr after the event... your reply is ~4mo after my posting making this occurrence ~2yrs ago. We have stopped all business with your shop after having been going there for many years.  So every time a oil change or state inspection comes due on our cars we remember your shop.

JB is the absolute best in the business. I’m always so impressed with the speed, accuracy, price, and professionalism. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and will always come back for every state inspection and oil change. Most places thrive on unnecessary upsells and I have never once experienced that at Budget Lube. Thank you for taking pride in the business and running a really comfortable and honest operation!

Looking for a place with great service for oil changes and inspections, be sure to check out Budget Lube. JB is awesome, energetically greets everyone with a smile, provides honest insight into maintenance required and gets you on your way quickly. No con artists here trying to sell you “blinker fluid” or unnecessary repairs. They use high quality parts and supplies, including Mobil 1 synthetic oil. They also provide state inspections and there is a car wash on site. My go to spot for oil changes and inspections for many years.

Would recommend . Without diving into the details, the inspector, owner and I worked out an arrangement to get everything resolved. I can vouch that honest people work here. Hard to find nowadays, I will be returning in the future for work to be done when necessary

Did a state inspection. It took a total of 30-35 minutes with 3 cars in front of mine on weekday morning . All Services costs are very reasonable. My experience was very good at this business

Went in for a standard oil change, initially quoted $55, then after a check, the price dropped to $41. Decided it was too steep, so I declined. Suddenly, the owner/manager intervened, claiming they had already started the service and demanded payment, saying, "Either you pay or the car stays here." Not exactly stellar customer service, right? Lesson learned: always inquire about prices beforehand to avoid being taken advantage of. Needless to say, they've lost a loyal customer.

The car wash section of this joint venture is apparently closed. Every Star had a paper attached to the coin operated machine saying out of order. Perhaps putting some cones in front of the Stalls or putting a sign up on the car wash that says closed would prevent people like me stopping by to find out that it's not open anymore and giving one star reviews

Went in for a state inspection on my motorcycle, other shops said they ‘won’t mess with’ motorcycles for an inspection, but Budget Lube got me taken care-of. Emigdio had his process down, checked everything, and had me on my way; It was a great experience, when other places tend to made it really tedious for motorcyclists.
