I had such a great experience. They took the stress out of a situation that could have been stressful. They responded to the email I put on the website within hours. I took it for an estimate, within minutes Aaron figured out how long it would take to get the parts in. Within a week the work was done and a free loaner car. The detailing job was just icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this business!

Had my vehicle detailed at Budget Truck and Auto. The interior smelled real bad, and it was starting to show its age. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the inside, it looks and smells like new, they got the outside looking great again. Even my wife was impressed when I got it home. They literally got 10 years of grime from a business out of the vehicle. Will be using them again for other needs.

I will always use Budget Truck and Auto for any needs in the future. I was impressed that I did not have to go through my insurance for a loaner car. They provided one for me, no charge. Then I was very impressed that my vehicle was detail cleaned when I picked it up! Great local business I would recommend!

My car needed some body work done on my front left bumper. The front staff were so friendly and the fast estimate was awesome (walk-in; took like 10 minutes). Quoted a fair price for a full bumper replacement (just one piece on my Ford Escape). About 1/3 for part/shop materials, 1/3 for body repair, 1/3 for paint (around $1400). They got me in about 2 weeks after the quote and the process was fast. Only took a couple of days and the front of my car looked like new! They also detailed the inside of my car which was a wonderful surprise. They have a free loaner as well so there wasn't any interruptions to my daily life. I hope I don't need body work again, but if I do, I will for sure go to them. Smooth process from start to finish!

Pick up my semi truck last week.At the beginning I wanted the original paint put back on. The said it wouldn't match due to the age of the paint.They told me they can match it up to the color that's on there. Well it doesn't match I have to different greens on my sleeper.

Head on collision with my F-150 agaist a F-250 and they did a great job returning it back to new looking. Repair was done in timely fashion given the today's parts acquistion issues. I was kept up to date on progress throughout the process. Thanks for everything!

Budget Auto got my car in right away when no one in the Madison area could get me in for almost two months. They had my car looking like new within three weeks even with the union strike going on. I would highly recommend using them again if needed.

My truck was backed into and by the time Budget was done repairing it, it looked brand new. The work was impeccable and the service was even better. Susie was awesome! She worked with the insurance company to get the work done right and was reliably persistent in doing what was right for the customer. I would strongly recommend Budget Truck & Auto to anyone.
