Broke a heater hose fitting,he was busy but worked with me to get fixed and back on the in less than 2 hours. Will definitely use him again if I need anything in the area.

Worst con man in business, leave a tire to pick up later and said it was thrown away. Not stupid Bud,you sold it. Also your Ironman tires you get from Walmart are junk. Really funny how he doesn't warranty his tires, has a disclaimer on receipt. Been doing this for 30 years and never had such poor steer tires put on that didn't last 20,000 miles.... also on a 2022 peterbilt, stay away from this place!! Still a Con,truck needed alignment??? Anyone looks at tires knows that is not a alignment problem. Everything you've stated is a lie!!! Build a Les in this town to put Con Man out of business... See that picture??? Real tires not Walmart specials...

Truck wouldn't start here walked across the parking lot told me what it could be I was able to fix it myself. Asked him what do I owe you he said nothing. Good Ole fashioned shop. Very curious saved me a lot of trouble. When I'm in douglas he getting my business.

My check engine light came on followed by the stop engine light. The next message was that I was low on coolant. Pulled into the truck parking area for a quick fix as I had three extra gallons of antifreeze and just a little bit would allow me to get back on the road. It was a cold subzero day with snow and ice on the ground compounded now by the fact that I could not open my hood. I tried for about an hour but to no avail. I finally gave up and called Bud's. I was about 60 miles south of Casper, Wyoming on I-25 and he showed up about 35 minutes after I called. There are two shocks that assist in closing the hood and the one on the right side had a bad seal that allowed moisture to get inside and it froze in place and would not budge even with both of us pushing on it. He laid down in the ice and snow and disconnected the shock opened the hood and got me going. I wrote all of this to say that he was not only knowledgeable but also dedicated to his craft. Because of the cold I had been stuck with that load an extra 4 days but because of his diligence I was able to make my delivery with the load at the proper temperature. A big thank you for getting me back on the road and for charging a more than fair price.

Can’t say enough good about his service. I had a low fluid level warning while hauling Helium to south east of Denver. I managed to get into the Sinclair’s lot in Glendo before a complete failure of the heater hoses going back to the Proheat mounted under the truck sleeper. This meant that I could not run the truck and it was 18 degrees F (-8 c). The station was closing and I only was able to get more anti freeze. After trying to do the repairs myself with what I had in the truck with no success I found a local recovery and repair service in Glendo online and called them. I was told to bad for you call back in the morning. I explain I could not run the truck and would be frozen by morning they suggested I check online for someone from Douglas. I found Bud’s, called him and explained my situation. He came right over despite the weather and the late hour. In the end I was repaired with a running truck and heat again. Bud was completely soaked in anti freeze and almost frozen. I have nothing but praise for this this guy and the service he gave me.

About $350 for replacing 2 tires took him 30 mins, so he's charging about 700 an hour plus tires. Did a good job and was very prompt, but a little pricy.

Thad is an excellent mechanic, if you need things professionally done, this is the place . He replaced a trailer tire, replaced the landing gear on my hopper and replaced my headlight system. He does very professional Work , I’m Very happy with his skill level it’s up there; he’s very skilled.I’ll be back when stuff goes wrong.

Came in about 45 minutes before closing with a blown tire on my lead trailer. He was working on finishing up replacing tires on another truck, and I'm sure looking forward to going home when he was done. Got me in immediately after the truck ahead of me, replaced my tire and had me back on the road in no time for a very fair price. I hope I never need to do business here again, only because it would mean I have broken down again. But I guarantee that if I ever do I won't hesitate to come back.

He jacked the price up for 1 tire. Trying to charge $544 for 1 tire and that's with us going to his shop. He threatened and cursed me out. I would not recommend anyone going to him. He is high on his prices. He is a dam thief..

$895 dollars for a service call, driver ran truck out of fuel...... didn’t even get the truck mobile, bad attitude towards me when I ask why the bill was so high. Left my truck on the side of the road, $900 bucks lighter, had to call someone else. Beware, call someone else!

I live in South Carolina and my sister was in need of help as she had a flat tire . Thad, at Bud's Field Service was so kind and drove over to where she was stuck, in the snow and filled up her tire so she could drive to purchase a new one. I don't think he knows how badly he was needed at that moment and how much relief he brought the two of us! On top of that, he would not accept any payment for the help! Great guy, great business! Called to get a tire fixed. They told me someone would call that night or first thing in the morning. Nobody called so I called them. The guy was rude and said they could not get to it now. We run a lot of trucks in the area and will not be calling them ever again for any type of service.
