These guys and gals are great!! I've taken multiple vehicles here over the past year or so, and they are more than fair in price and they perform HONEST, QUALITY work. If they don't do it, they recommend somewhere, asks those people are almost ALWAYS great!!! I trust the people at Bud's, and that is why I will continue to do business there.

If you are smart I would not use these people they rip me off for $2,200 bucks I took it in to get the front end suspension fixed I told him I want everything replaced they did not replace everything when I got my truck back it kept feeling like it was in four wheel drive they took it back and they said oh we don't know what's wrong we can't find the issue I took it to another shop they found something that I told them to replace and they did not replace and they charge me $2,200 for something that was never fixed now it cost me another $475 on tires hundred and some odd dollars on the part that should have been fixed so if you're smart stay away from them they lie to you they rip you off and they don't fix the situation you had before you came in and two I've tried numerous times to call the owner and they make excuses and lies so my next option is a lawsuit and my lawyer said they will go after him four times the amount for what I paid so if they want to go that route I'm fine he said he's got a good case and this is the second review I posted they took down the first one because they didn't want people to know that they rip people off and lied to them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of stalls across their garage to take on multiple jobs, with all types of Muffler and exhaust parts/kits to take care of a diversity of needs.

I took my car to Buds after visiting another muffler shop and I'm so happy I did. They explained everything in detail, even showed me the part that was causing the problem!!! Thank you for being so transparent and for the quick service. You guys are now definitely my go to!!!

I had a set of mufflers installed at Buds Muffler today. Very nice work, but.They charged me $608 to install 2 of my own mufflers, It figures out to be about two $280 an hour. and I was kind of stuck because they charged you $75 non refundable estimate unless they do the work. In my opinion, that was about a $200 Job and I do know what I'm talking about because I have had my own shops. I've been a mechanic for 50 years I was the service writer also. thank you guys for nothing. I will not be back. Update: Rodger responded to my review, checked the billing and gave me a partial refund. Very nice and polite. Thank you

Referred here by another shop as the go-to for exhaust work. They provide service on a first-come basis. Quickly completed an expert one-off repair for me (removing a broken piece of threaded fitting from a DPF fitting). Would recommend for any exhaust work.

Took a piece of pipe in to have an 8” extension added An 8” piece of pipe costs about $10 The weld would have taken 5 minutes I’m a retired 45 year ASE MASTER TECHNICIAN who used to also run exhaust shops so I know what I’m talking about They wanted $149 for 10 minutes work 😡 Really WOULD HAVE CONSIDERED $25 or $30 Went down the street and got it done for $20 DON’T SEE MYSELF DOING BUSINESS HERE EVER

I took my car here back a few months ago to get an aftermarket exhaust installed on my car, and these guys were amazing; they got me in and out the door for a pretty reasonable price and the techs clearly knew what they were doing. everyone, from the mechanics to the guys at the front desk, was super professional as well. I was hoping that’d still be the case when I came in for some suspension work today, but I guess not. I called yesterday and explained (clearly) what was going on, and the guy on the other end gave me a rough estimate of around $300 give or take to get everything set up properly. that price jumped to almost $1500 overnight; there’s no way it would’ve taken as long as their labor ETA said it would (a 20-30 minute job at the absolute longest was apparently 4 hours, and I know this ‘cause I had an identical car in the shop for the exact same reason last year, and that’s how long it took that mechanic to do it) nor should it have cost over $300 for an alignment when the same car has gotten one for $80 at a reputable shop on Fillmore. though the service advisor was friendly and tried pretty hard to work on the price, the same can DEFINITELY not be said for the arrogant, ego tripping, basement dwelling waste of oxygen they call a “manager”. this “man” lectured me and argued with me nonstop, told me “you obviously didn’t talk to anyone here; nobody gives out quotes on the phone. nobody in the country would charge that little and you should know better” and continued to insult my character when I explained to him that the labor time was unrealistic considering how basic the application is, and that the estimated cost I got over the phone was a major reason why I came there in the first place. after attempting to explain myself in a way that he could understand, he told me to get out, told his techs I was “picking up the car” and threatened to call the cops when I told him I wasn’t driving home with an incomplete and unsafe set of struts. to the mechanics, the service advisor, and the receptionists, you guys are great; hopefully you can find a better place to work. to the “manager”, check your ego at the door of your wife’s boyfriend’s basement before you come at me disrespectfully. UPDATE: here’s a picture of the invoice from the shop that ACTUALLY took care of me. as you can see, the price is literally a fraction of what the scalpers there were gonna charge me. plus, these guys care more about the safety of their customers than their own egos, unlike the owner/manager/whoever he is at Bud’s.

After some miscommunication with the warranty company, if a new muffler was needed for repairs or was an upgrade, they ended up installing a new muffler for free. Friendly environment with lounge, personable sales associates, and knowledgeable technicians.

Geoffrey quotes a price for exhaust manifold gasket replacement but only replaces one. Doesn't specify it's just for 1 side. I just had the engine replaced, so expressed that I wanted new gaskets for my headers. Price gouges. Receipts don't itemize labor hours...like they used to. Been going here 16 years. It's a 4 hour job but says they're labor is now $150hr. Seriously? Had to wait 8 days for truck because they didn't order correct gaskets right away or do both sides. Paint damage to drivers door when picked up. They refunded bill but didn't cover paint & refused to honor their work going forward. Long gone are the old days when I could trust owners' father for honest work & accountability. /shrug. Free exhaust for me, so gave them an extra star but unfortunately will be the end our business dealings.

My boyfriend knew exactly what I needed so I went in and spoke to Jeffrey and relayed the message and they got me in and out with no arguments, no pushy sales or wasting of my time. My son recently took his car here to get a catyliyic converter put on that he bought himself, and Bud did a perfect job for such a reasonable price. My son was so impressed, and I am too. His car is old, and he's been taking good care of it to make it last. It is so much cheaper to drive an older car, for insurance, and he has one more year of college. We sure do appreciate Bud's Muffler and automotive repair. I love his old truck out in the parking lot. You can tell he cares about his customers. Thank you so much.

Bud's repaired a tire I brought in with multiple punctures. They were done in minutes, provided a fair estimate for replacement tire, and staff was awesome throughout.

Had them change control arm went to get car they messed with carburator an didn't connect spark plugs up right car feel as if it runs not as good as before it's an old car so I would have for sure would have had to go back not now thou don't trust them no more

The muffler on my old pickup truck was rusted and noisy! I went to get an estimate, but left with a shiny new muffler that was affordable for me. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Took my jeep in for oil change cost me $2600 after they broke the oil cooler and tried to say it was like that. Couldn't drive it away until it was fixed. Will not go back and have nothing good to say.

Buds has been the best shop ive found in the 10 years ive lived in the springs. Theyre honest and fair. My husband has dealt with them the most but even currently our vehicle is totaled and buds has been patient in allowing us to figure out a plan before towing our vehicle from their shop, before it was totaled its had quite a bit of work on it and We’ve always felt their process and time frame was fair and theyre truly kind!! Its hard to find a shop thats understanding, kind, and fairly priced. Im so grateful to have finally found one! Once we get a new vehicle we will continue to have them serviced at buds and we will continue to refer them to our friends!

Brought my F-150 Raptor in for some exhaust work. I installed a turbo back exhaust kit at home and while exhaust clamps work, I wanted the kit welded together. These guys got me in same day, put the truck on the lift and let me talk them through the joints I wanted welded. I also noticed a small exhaust leak after I installed it at home but had these guys double check for leaks. They tested the system and corrected a loose bolt and welded the joint. They kept me informed every step of the way and even recommended I don’t weld a certain spot to keep the system serviceable at home. Highly recommend these dudes!

I got help here after Aspen auto on union ripped me off. They didn't question just offered help to a women and they were all so nice. I suggest you coming here if you want to be treated with respect. I live here alone and have no help but I was taken care of and wasn't charged ! I know where I'm going next time I need an oil change
