I had my car towed to Bud's Service Center on Tuesday and on Wednesday I got a call that it was done. They replaced the alternator with a new one. I had it replaced last year with a rebuilt one and it burned out. I've used these guys before and the work is always well done. Reccomend highly!

Absolutely can’t go wrong taking your car to Buds if they aren’t completely backed up. In other words, if you were lucky enough to get a spot that’s the place to go.

Best shop in Mesa! Took care of my truck and was all around great. The communication in person and phone updates, they said it would take a certain amount of time and they stuck to their timeframe, the price was fair and honest (I compared with others in area before going with Bud's and they all were wanting to rip me off and charge me more for the same repairs). And the engine leaks they repaired are all gone, I'm a happy customer. I'm getting a reman engine and tran put in by them. I can trust they'll do the best job over others in the area and I highly recommend them.

When you need to drop off your car for a couple days, and get it fixed, the first thing you ask yourself is, who can I trust. Bud's has proven themselves honest both times I went there. That is the most important thing. I used to deliver parts for Reith Auto (Car Quest). I always liked Bud's shop the best. And now there is a new Avis / Budget rental center just south of Broadway you can walk to. Bud's is the place to go.

Very honest. Only fixed what needed to be done. I have a fleet of 20 vehicles that I need to keep on the road. I do not know how Brian does it but he always get my trucks done in a timely manner. (I think he sneaks my vehicles in before the others.)

Not only do I have my personal cars (2) taken care of by them, but they also work on my work trucks(6). Great work, never any issues, very upfront, and stick to their word. Everyone there is a wonderful help, and often fix issues when they see them, will even call and ask do you want this or that fixed. I couldn't ask for a better place to work on my cars.

Used to be my go-to but lately prices have been climbing and service has been slipping. Had to go back 3 times for issues with the AC rebuild they did. I think bud is ready to retire and spends less time keeping am eye on the shop? Maybe? Either way pretty disappointing.

Bud is an absolute crook. He gave me one price then started jacking it up every day with some little problem he found and told me that unless I payed him to fix it, he wouldn't warrenty the work already done and at the end told me I had to go somewhere else to fix the rest of the problems and if I didn't do it within 10 days he wouldn't warranty the engine, even though it was a small electrical problem with the dash. STEER CLEAR OF BUDS SERVICE CENTER

I can't say enough good about Bud's. Have been taking my car here for 5+ yrs. Nothing but professional, fair and honest. Sadly Bud will be retiring soon, Brian is the best and I have no doubt he will continue the great service. Specializing in older vehicles.

They are very nice people and want to take care of their customer. The only frustration I had was getting my car back in a timely manner. Wasn't all their fault as we were waiting on a part. Some damage was done to my car while at their facility but did the right thing by paying for it to be fixed which showed high integrity.

Never have I been to a better repair shop. They don't try to up-sale products or make you buy anything you don't ABSOLUTELY need. They give you great pricing and they actually SHOW you the parts that were wrong with your car. They are amazing and I'm so glad I found this place!
