I went to the shop to repair my car and they gave me a full diagnostic without further charging me the owner was pleasant and takes repair personal would recommend to anyone thumbs up

Came here cause my car wasn’t starting ! Was told it was the fuel pump and was charged $700 , car worked for a week tops and did the same thing again was told to come back but the fuel pump might not be the problem 🧐 so the guy there is just going off instinct and not actually fixing the problem ! $700 down the drain … i took the car to a dealership and was told someone was messing with the wiring that’s why i believed he messed my car up more just for me to come back ! Long story short save your money an avoid this scammer !

Worst experience from A mechanic shop. I’ve been to many. The owner Mr. Marcel Williamson quoted me one price for what he called a “simple job” and then increased the price by $250 when the job was complete. He called me to inform me to come in to get the car. When I came to pick up the car with a male family member, he immediately goes to the male family member while ignoring me and explains that since I’m not a man, I don’t understand why the upcharge. That’s not how you treat your paying customers. Then when I noticed the door was not new, his explanation didn’t make sense. The job done on the car looked decent unless you came up close to inspect. Customers are recruited by patrolling the area with a police scanner for accidents. That alone tells me there aren’t many returning clients. I would not recommend.

He's my go to guy close to my home... my old 2002 Jeep but sometime it takes a week or 2 to get my car back not high on the priority it has a lot of problems have to keep coming back...

Worst shop ever. They take forever to finish a simple job on a car. Lie to their customers on when they’re car will be ready and take advantage of peoples time and money. Bull says he doesn’t work on anyones time but his. Family member got their car back after a month and instead of fixing the transmission, they put epoxy on it after paying a ton of money to REPLACE the trans. Got the car back with tons of codes , had to bring it back and the car is still not returned now going on 2 months.100% would not recommend this shop if you want people who will genuinely care about your car. Wish I could give them no stars.

About everyone there is just money hungry.. I went to fix and replace my tie rods left & right and I accidentally ordered to right tie rods and they still installed a RIGHT TIE ROD ON THE LEFT TIE ROD... soo I crash.. I sue

Amazing as always Bull the owner is a amazing guy who is willing to go above the call of duty to help you and wants nothing in return just one of the good guys who don't get the recognition he should and deserves, so if parking and time is a problem then go where they don't care about their customers.

Had my car refitted with a remote starter, as the one I had before stop working. I'm unable to function without one of these, especially for the Winter. The service was great, friendly and professional at the same time. I would recommend, as they also do full service on vehicles.

Never available. The other problem is they need to be in an industrial area. They take up so much parking on the street. Really annoying.
